I work nearby, it’s a good Dunkin Donuts. It’s new and I think they’re still adjusting, but they have fast service. And they have a good selection of bagels.

The line was long when I walked in and they did a pretty good job moving people through. They made my coffee accurately. The parking lot and row of stores where this Dunkin is located looks like the aftermath of the zombie apocalypse… abandoned.

I am disappointed with this Dunkin Donuts. Sure, the store is bigger than some I have been to, and since it’s in a shopping center, there’s always parking available; but, I can’t shake off the fact that they are disorganized. My 8⁄16 visit was the worst. There were three women behind the counter, and they were all working on my order of 2 bagels and 2 coffees. Why they needed three people to do that is beyond me, but it was no fun having to repeat my order twice to three different people. It wasn’t like their way was efficient; rather, it was very confusing and unnecessary. With all three of them working on that order, one of them finally started checking me out. Guess what? I had to repeat the order a THIRD time! After paying for my order, I moved to the«bar» section to wait for the rest of the coffee and the bagels. I just happened to stand in front of the syrups they use to make their flavored coffees, mocha and caramel to be exact. I also happened to look at the label for the mocha, which they just used on my drink, which was facing out. The label read, «use by 8÷9». Ummm, it was 8⁄16. I asked the girl who handed me my drink if they used that same syrup I was just looking at, to make my drink. She said yes. So, I calmly turned the bottle around to face her, and pointed out that the label showed the syrup was past its use-by date. She then told me it was ok because they don’t always change the label, then turned around and walked away. Ummm. I don’t think that’s right. If the person changing the syrup already has the bottle, wouldn’t it make sense to also replace the label showing the new use-by date? And isn’t that a health code violation!!! Needless to say, I threw my drink out. I didn’t feel it was necessary to argue with her, but I know now to check those bottles prior to placing my order, and to ask for a manager if it ever happens again. The only reason I would go back is because the night shift guys really know what they are doing and are more customer service-oriented than the women who work in the morning. Plus, their everything bagels are really good.

They’re very disorganized, and they just don’t pay attention in here. The staff is mostly kids, however, the one or two adults that work here are worse. If you decide to order a specialty drink, or, heaven forbid, a sandwich, make sure that you have PLENTY of time to kill.

They didn’t listen to my order at all. They told all the customers to go wait at the end and then hollered for us to come back and get coffees. And the breakfast sandwiches took more than 10 min to get.
