Went into this location 4÷25÷15. Greeted right away right in front of the door. Was not moved away from the door while my daughter explained why we were there. Once the employee realized we had an issue to resolve and no commission, turned very uncooporative. Not often am I treated with such disrespect. Even told my daughter she woud have to call customer service to address an issue. They question her when she did call as to why he would say that. It could of been taken care of in the store but he chose not to be helpful. I asked for a manager and was told, «not available.» The loss is on him. She was going to upgrade her phone that day but we left because she said she would not let him make money off of her. I even told him I was going to shop around for contracts and prices and he said, «Well, you should shop around then.» Wow. Worse customer service ever. Lesson learned. Hello Verizon.

Stopped in here to upgrade a phone. Atmosphere: this is a decent sized store that is wide open and has displays along the walls. The displays have a fair amount of information about the product displayed… though more would be nicer on some of the items. Associates: the staff has always been polite, professional, and helpful. No matter how busy they’ve been, they have always been able to keep smiling. The major problem I saw at this location was the lack of associates the day after Christmas. They had three when we arrived, which dropped to two because they ran out of certain phones… and the number of customers increased by about three times while we were waiting. Product: they may not have the exact item you desire because it gets very busy at this location. Overall, I really like this store and have had great experiences here. If you can, try to go here during non busy days/hours so you can get the best customer service possible(and quickly).
