I normally like Donatos pizza, but this location is pretty poorly run. Order online and use a coupon from the website and they insist that you print it off. They made a mistake on my order and absolutely no customer service to try to fix the issue and keep their customers happy. Too many other options for pizza to mess around with this place.

The pepperoni on hand tossed crust was pretty good. I like how the pepperoni are small. However, the chicken spinach specialty pizza lacked flavor. The garlic butter dipping sauce was also flavorless. I guess we were expecting garlic dipping sauce from Papa John’s.

We recently visited this Donatos and disliked both the service and the pizza. I have been to this location many times but for some reason the consistency of the dough seems to have changed. The dough is no longer crispy and is now more chewy. When I asked the manager if something had changed she was very rude in responding to me and my husband. I enjoy Donatos pizza but I definitely think the management at this particular location (off Polaris Parkway) is bad.

Donatos is a little pricey compared to other national chains, but the hand tossed crust, marinara, and Asiago cheese topping make this pizza chain worth the price.

I love thin crust pizza and the pizza here was awesome! Personal one-topping pizza with drink was only $ 5 for lunch! I added two more toppings so the total was little over $ 7. If you are hungry, up-size to the larger pizza. The personal pizza left me hungry craving more food. The crust is thin and crispy. The back is the thick kind so nice and meaty.

Probably top two pies in this area. Always hot, accurate, and w/in 30 – 35 min delivery. Menu varies from artery clogging pies to healthy.(trust me, i checked) plenty of options. Subs and salads are pretty good as well. Like everywhere else, it depends on what you get. The new wings… Aren’t that hot! Flavor is ok, however it’s more like popcorn chicken and is kind of fatty. Pizza Hut has much better wings. Never eaten in so dining experience is nil. Hope this helps!

Pizza! Need I say more? For those of us who live in suburbia… This is the one of the best delivered pizzas near Polaris. I love the sauce, the think crust, and of course… Pepperoni. The drive-thru service is the best option since you do have to pay for delivery. Everyone is really nice, but typically delivery takes about 45 minutes or more on average.
