I tried this place because we had a coupon. Staff was friendly. Place was little but cute from what I say. I ordered 2 pizzas and garlic knots. Pizzas were ef, sorry but I have had better. The garlic knots were yummy! I might try again but something else.

Overpriced and not very good. The crust is hand tossed but lacks flavor and is tough to chew. There was not much cheese or items on either of our pizzas and there were several bare spots on each pie. We paid $ 29 for two 14-inch pizzas and were very disappointed. Probably the worst pizza I’ve had in years.

Just moved to the area. We seem to be in a dead zone for pizza delivery. Trying out all of the local pie shops. First bite into the veggie pie was delicious! I will definitely be ordering from this place again. Although, they are on the pricey side but I will still order again. It was so good. Mmmm. By the way, we ordered delivery, so I have no idea about atmosphere or parking.

Sharky’s Pizza. Owned by the same people behind Flying Pizza and a Slice of New York — the campus pizzeria I frequent often for lunch with a couple friends. This is different. Whereas my friend dares to say it’s better than A Slice of New York, it’s too different to compare. They do specialty pizzas here. Delicious specialty pizzas. I stuck with a pepperoni and the BBQ Chicken — and the BBQ chicken was just awesome. The pepperoni was good, but I was hoping for A Slice of New York style and this wasn’t it. I hope to catch them on a night when they do the flaming pizza tosses(you did know the owners are professional pizza tossers, right? Ask for a show, it’s awesome to witness).

My friend had told me I HAD to go check out this place. Here family get’s a pizza there at least once a week, so after a day kayaking on the water — I was game! It’s located where the concession stand was at the marina. The counter gals were friendly and took our order. As I was chatting with the gals(which all of the staff was friendly and VERY accommodating) they gave me a postcard flyer where I noticed they had entertainment there. Being that I was there on a Holiday weekend — of course I asked about it. Come to find out the owner, Patt, was on America’s got talent. So I saw Patt(who was very hands on working in the shop) and asked if we would be getting a show. He said he would see what he could do… about 15 minutes later(as we were sitting outside on the picnic tables looking over the water, enjoying our amazing hand tossed pizza) Jay Schuurman(which I found out is one of the partners who moved from California for this!) put on a little demonstration of pizza tossing! WOW! Then Patt came out and show us how to really toss a pizza — while it’s on fire! My friend’s family came on ordered the cheese pizza. I needed a little meat and dove into a selection I created — sausage, banana peppers and mushrooms. They have quite a few«house» specialty pizzas and I will be going back and trying some of them! Only thing is — I could see going a little heavier on toppings… but the sauce and crust are great!
