Applebee’s

This used to be a good restaurant. Now, rather at least the night we went, it was massively short staffed, and the food quality dramatically decreased as well.
I ordered the All American burger and onion rings which I have always loved. The location in Los Angeles must have spoiled me because where I anticipated a delicious burger, I could not have been more wrong. While still fine, this location didn’t chop up the bacon and mix it in the sauce, nor did they put enough sauce on despite asking for extra. The biggest insult was my order of onion rings. I received 5. These weren’t large onion rings, they were average sized. If management reads this, does that seem right to you?
I will say the drinks were good, as was the CrackerJack Cheesecake which was delicious. Still those things cannot overcome a really pathetic burger.

Had lunch here today. Absolutely the worst dining experience. Waited 30 minutes for appetizers and cold when we got them. Waitress had a really bad attitude and seemed to want to argue with us about the cold food. Do not waste your time or money

One of the slowest services I have ever had. So very disappointed in the service here. Waited for 20 minutes to order, 45 to be served. Four of us at the table, everyone got there but me. They ran out if soup and did not even tell my daughter until we mentioned it. Will never stop here again.

Got some carry out and it was horrible and you could tell the food was old and the fries and buns was dried out. Really disappointed they didn’t evening try when they cook the food. Last time I will ever order any carry out. Then last time I went in it was 2 and half hours before closing and they seemed like they was mad and didn’t want to wait on us. Which the serves wasn’t evening good seem like they was rushing us to leave. I used to love going to Applebee’s every year for my family birthdays but the food and the serves has went down hill.

Not a good place to eat. The service was horrible. We had to ask for silverware after we recieved our food. The table that was wiped off right before we sat down was wiped with a towel that smelt like came. out of a mop bucket. My fajitas were cold. My wife’s fish and chips were ok at best and my children hardly ate their food because it was over cooked. I would not recomend coming here there’s fast food right around the corner.

Not very good service. Slow to get order correct and made mistakes. The appetizers were really sub par for Applebee’s. I will stick to one’s near my home in Northern VA.

Went here with a friend last week. I never order a steak because I can never get it cooked the way I want it but I took a chance here and to my surprise it was cooked perfectly. Super well done. My friend got he’s medium rare was perfect for her as well. Asked for a sample of the spinach artichoke dip no problem got a sample then decided to order some it was delicious. The waitress was a very sweet person very willing to get your order right she was awesome.
Great place to gather with friends and enjoy great food.

This is the worst restaurant in the area, the food is of the lowest quality, the manager is in desperate need of training on how to run a eatery, the wait staff is ignorant to the customers needs. Will never go back to this one, that’s for sure!

If zero stars was an option believe me that’s what this place would get. Single worst dining experience of my life. Like, I get it– it’s Applebee’s, my expectations going in aren’t incredibly high.
We went in on a Monday afternoon (the place was dead). We overheard the manager cutting half of the servers they were so slow. Still, it took a solid fifteen minutes for the appetizer to come out… Boneless wings. They were completely raw. Like, not a little undercooked but completely raw. They clucked at us.
The server took them back and brought out new ones within 3 minutes. These too were raw. I gave up. The pasta that my fiancé got was swimming in water. I tried pretty hard to eat it. It tasted like a stale dishwasher. The oriental chicken salad was nothing but red cabbage, but this was the ¹⁄₃^rd of the meal I felt was safe enough to attempt to eat.
If the manager had been in earshot I would have told her we weren’t eating this, but we were on the road and in a hurry…
The one upshot was that the server took off the raw wings and then gave us a 20% discount. But seriously, we shouldn’t have even tried to eat it. We should have left after the wings came back raw a second time.

Chuck and his team do a great job every visit. Happy Hour specials all day, every day! Where else can you get $ 2 domestic pints all day long??? ½ price apps from 2 – 6 & 9-​cl!!!

Applebee’s is an average food chain with average food. The wait staff was nice.

I really like this place. The décor, the attitude of the employees and the food justifies their «neighborhood» marketing.

The food is typical Applebee’s fare. The service is what makes the restaurant any different from any other Applebee’s. I’ve had about ½ good experiences, and ½ bad experiences at this particular location. I was given someone else’s check once, and it was quite the ordeal to get it straightened out and pay for only my meal instead of a four person family’s bill. The most common complaint that I have is that the waitress often clears the table while you’re still eating. Twice I’ve had my drinks taken away from me before I was done with them while I was in the middle of a conversation, and not paying close attention to my drinks. When I asked for a replacement, both times I’ve been told that they would bring me back my old glass from the back, but they wouldn’t mix me a new drink. I don’t think that’s acceptable to give a drink back after the glass has been put in/​with all the other dirty dishes, but even after speaking with the management, that is the only solution that they were willing to offer. My suggestion is that if you’re going to eat here, be very vigilant or your meal/​drink might disappear without you even realizing it.

The server was nice, but halfway through my fish and chips I realized that my reward for finishing my meal would be pooping my pants before getting home.

The best Applebees I’ve eaten in, and I’ve probably been to at least 30 different Applebees)! If you arrive during Happy Hour, which is more than just zn hour BTW, you get most appetizers at half-​price! Service is usually very good. The place is typically clean. TOTALLY NON-​SMOKING, so you don’t smell like a bowling alley when you leave!
