Their cookies were very good. The service was pretty prompt however the employee who took my order talked very quietly and I had a hard time hearing him. I wish they would bring back chocolate turnovers.

Food is good and the eating area is clean, but they’re very slow. There is more than enough workers. They just seem to be inefficient. Also lose one star because the girl behind the counter started texting on her phone while my food was sitting in the warmer waiting to be served.

This Arby’s was a convenient stop for us as we traveled on I-64. I couldn’t believe how polite everyone was. The service we experienced was top-notch. I am used to a very expanded Arby’s menu, but this particular Arby’s only had one salad on the menu. I ordered it and it was fresh and came with a choice of grilled or fried chicken. The grilled chicken that I had was tasty. The place was clean, including the bathroom. I would stop here again.
