Nice theater. Tuesdays are just $ 5. Took the whole family for $ 25. Much nicer than the other theater in town. Just sayin

Alrighty, this is just an experience I must share. My girlfriend and I went to the movies tonight to see the new Star Wars movie. I will save my opinion of that overpriced, overhyped piece of meh for another time. This«new» movie theater was disgusting. They obviously didn’t clean between viewings(I walked down the aisle I was sitting in and kicked over an empty popcorn tub and some candy wrappers). According to My girlfriend, there was no toilet paper in the woman’s bathroom. The soda dispensers hadn’t been wiped down all day. The popcorn handles were just plain nasty. Since you are saving money by not needing a concession staff, maybe maybe maybe you should take some of that money and hiring a cleaning crew!

Saw Everest 3D today, very comfortable seating, bottomless soft drinks, did the Saturday early bird special. Joined the loyalty club. This theater does a great job with everything.

Comfortable seats, clean atmosphere. Went to see straight outta Compton and the crowd was surprisingly large. Awesome!!! Going back tonight to see vacation! Ps Siri took us to a dirt lot… I can assure you this place isn’t in a dirt lot.

Truth be told, I’m not entirely sure when this place opened up(maybe a couple months ago?) because it didn’t seem to be super-publicized or anything, butttt… it’s located in the empty lot behind Lowe’s, and is pretty ginormous, as far as establishments in Lewisburg go. I don’t usually go out to watch movies because it gets to be rather expensive and I’m on a starving-student budget at the moment, but on Bargain Tuesdays, it’s $ 5/ticket all day, and for movies starting before 11 a.m. on Saturdays, it’s also $ 5. Otherwise, tickets range from $ 6 – 8 depending on how old you are. The seats here are super comfy + spacious! The popcorn and the drinks seem to be all-you-can-eat, which is a novel concept for a movie theater(at least to me). Food/refreshments at movie theaters are notoriously expensive, but considering that you can refill as many times as you want, that makes it more worth it(assuming you really do get up to get more). A small popcorn is $ 4.75, and the ginormous tub is $ 6.75, so make your decision depending on how good the movie/your company is and/or how frugal/lazy you’re feeling! My favorite thing is probably the fact that they have all sorts of different toppings/seasonings for the popcorn, from your standard butter to… ranch, garlic parmesan, cheddar, caramel, and kettle corn. :D I was going to try every flavor, but got stopped up on the kettle corn, so… maybe next time!
