Absolutely joke service. Ordered delivery food wich took an hour — opened the box and got wrong food. Called back the restaurant and they said that they needed to ‘swap’ food out with proper order. I asked if they really need the second half of the wrong calzone to which they responded ‘yes’. Manager was entirely inept when I asked her why she simply said ‘owner policy’. I’ve ordered from these guys before and have had similarly bad experiences so I guess it’s my fault for trusting them again. Absolute lack of customer service and sense. What a disgraceful pit.

Pizza is was good, it was delivered in 25 minutes and it was piping hot. Crust could be a little thinner for me, but it was better than most of the pizza we get in Colorado. We just got cheese, I would say give it a try.

I have ordered from here a handful of times and of all of the times I honestly can’t give it more than two stars. From previous experiences I would say the pizza is pretty decent and the garden salad(when they actually put the correct stuff in it) is pretty good as well. However, just about everything else I have ordered from here from pasta dinners, to hot subs, to kids meals have been way below par. Last night I decided to order out for dinner for my family as we had a very busy day and I didn’t feel up to cooking. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs kids meals for my children, the mushroom steak and cheese sub for my husband, and I ordered a large garden salad with garlic bread. Upon arriving home to dole out our meals I was not very impressed. The two spaghetti and meatball meals were LOADED with melted cheese on top of the pasta and as I attempted to stir into it to mix it up a little I realized THEREWASNOSAUCE! I had to heat up some tomato sauce I had at home to add to their meals… AND had to throw out the disgusting cheese they had plastered on the top. The mushroom steak and cheese I had ordered for my husband was also completely atrocious! Believe it or not(compared to the amount of cheese on the spaghetti dinners) there was no cheese on his steak and CHEESE sub! My garden salad was delicious, however they did manage to not give me the garlic bread I had asked for. Additionally, food aside, I really am not impressed with the service either. Whenever I go pick up my order, I have to sit there and listen to the girls in the front chit chat about their love lives, or(most recently) discuss how much of an asshole some guy was. I can appreciate that if they are not busy that they may pass time by having a conversation with one another, but at least have the conversation privately NOT in front of a customer. Overall, I have to say I am severely disappointed in the food and the customer service at this restaurant. I know it has potential to be GREAT but unfortunately the kids they hire are unprofessional, and who ever is working in the kitchen it is CLEAR that they have no passion to cook food and do not care about quality! I think the only thing I will be returning here for is the quick and easy $ 5 salad… that is until I find somewhere else that is better.

A group of four of us requested to sit on the deck upstairs, to which they said that no one else was up there. And? Then we sat there for 15 min waiting,(keep in mind there is hardly a customer there) and when she did show up she said she forgot we were there. I asked if they had anything gluten free and she said the fries, which after eating I realized they had wheat on them. They carry nothing that resembles gluten free, which is okay with me because several pizza places near them do and I can just go there. So I got a 2 liter bottle of soda and asked for a cup, I got three, no ice. The waitress was nice enough I just think she is young and inexperienced. The food selection was horrible, the beer selection was okay but no gluten free options, the pizza toppings were dated, I mean nothing different or exciting, the building was okay, parking is good, staff was friendly but inexperienced. I would never go back.

Order from LHOP regularly as a student in the area out of convenience. Delivery can take anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours for average food at best but it gets the job done.

Enjoyed the pizza here! The crust was light and buttery and not a chore to eat(like some crusts can be). Veggie pizza was good with a nice balance of toppings. The staff was friendly and the service was good. This will definitely be my pizza place in Lewiston. Updated: I’ve changed my review from 5 stars to 3 after ordering a pizza for delivery that took just over two hours to arrive. Still enjoyed the food, but don’t trust this restaurant for delivery.

Can’t believe this hasn’t been reviewed on Unilocal.Several favorable reviews on other food sites. Standard Greek pizza and pasta restaurant. There are a number of them in Lewiston – in fact, the city has a rich tradition of Greek’s and restaurants. My eggplant and mozzarella sub was solid. The eggplant was breaded and flavorful. The red spaghetti sauce had a hint of onion and roasted garlic and the sandwich was filled with ample amounts of melted mozzarella cheese. The real star for me is usually the Greek salad. Lewiston HOP has a good one, but it’s not great(like Lisbon House of Pizza’s is). Usual ingredients; Romaine lettuce, tomato wedges, sliced cucumbers, red onions, Greek olives, and one pepperoncini(skimpy, IMHO)! The dressing, a Greek staple, is a creamy-style olive oil-based dressing that I’d love to have a recipe for. Lewiston is trying hard to shed it’s shady reputation, especially the Lincoln Street area. This place is a holdover from the old days when there were no Fishbones, or Fuel a few blocks away. I heard that their pizza is excellent.
