We had called them last summer because our unit had stopped working on a friday. They were booked through the day, but they understood what the summers are like so said they would come over after their last appointment for the day. Performed the necessary diagnostics and replaced a part that was burned out to fix the unit that same evening evening. They did recommend that the unit was very old and might need to be replaced in about 6 months.
Recently we had the unit stop working again (lasted about an year), so we called them again. When you are spending this kind of money to replace an AC unit, you need someone to provide all the necessary details so that you can make a responsible decision. They provided me with all the details on type’s of units out there and the process for installations.
