so, not too long ago I went to this location & through the drive thru, i simply ordered the #1, the classic roast beef sandwich. just before I went to add sauce, I noticed there was a dead mosquito in my sandwich. I immediately called the store & told them about my problem. The lady that answered the phone was very nice about it, and agreed to replace it during my next visit.
I come back 2 days later and ask about the replacement, and they wanna say they don’t know anything about it. Probably not coming back to this location :/

I love me some Arby’s roast beef so it’s no surprise that I go a lot. Especially when the coupons come in the bi-weekly mailer. Most other times I’ve had good experience so I expected no different this time around. Nope. I was wrong. I went to the drive thru and ordered 6 of the cheesy variety and even handed them a coupon with a picture of the Beef ‘N Cheddar all over it. The result? 6 Classic Roast Beef Sandwiches. How anyone can confuse a Beef ‘N Cheddar with a Classic Roast Beef Sandwich is lost on me. So yeah, I pretty much paid full price for 6 sandwiches that I didn’t even want. Oh, and did I mention I was the only one there? Le sigh.
