This place has great food and phenomenal customer service. The staff was so friendly I was blown away. Great guys making great sandwiches. What more can I say?

This is the best Firehouse by far. Everyone that works here is super friendly and they always take the time to make the sandwiches perfectly. They make it clear… you will NOT throw away your own trash… lol. But yeah… they are great… love coming here.

By far the best location of Firehouse I have been into. These workers have definitely been learning some customer service skills. The greeting when you come in the door is customary, but it’s always louder and more consistent here. My husband goes here enough that they start preparing his meal when he comes in the door. I like that everyone always seems to be doing something. You better not try to take your trash to the trash can! Big no no in here! And that doesn’t happen in some of the other stores. Great crew making great sandwiches!

The customer service here is beyond excellent! From the moment you walk in until you leave they know your name and everything. Will most definitely be back at this location soon

We come to this Firehouse location more than a few times per year. I always mention to my fiancé that I need to write a good review for this location while dining in. I’m making good on that today.
From the second you walk through the door you’re greeted by EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE with a loud and cheerful «welcome to Firehouse». Ordering is always fast, easy with orders always coming out a few minutes after we’ve selected our drinks at the Coke Freestyle machine and have picked out our favorite flavor/​brand of chips from their large selection. While dining here it’s hard not to have a smile on your face as you listen in on the conversations employees are having; which is usually about the sports program that is currently playing on one of their many TV’s. It’s comforting to feel that employees appear to be very happy working at this establishment. Employees are very attentive and engage with customers while cleaning and tidying up the dining area. Our food was prepared as ordered this visit. We have had visits where our order was wrong. Staff has always apologized and corrected order in a timely manner. When they make mistakes they are kind enough to offer us vouchers for a free sub on our next return. When we are finished eating it has become entertaining on every occasion for us to get up to throw our trash away only to be stopped in our tracks by employees to take our trash from us and inform us that we’re supposed to let them handle that part of our visit. I can’t help by smile as I am writing this. Never has this Firehouse location disappointed us and I look forward to returning.
I also want to mention as a side note that on another occasion at this same location that I have personally seen managers testing employees knowledge away from customers in a far corner of the dining area on their menu items as well as questions based on employees memory of what goes into a particular menu item.

This place beats any sub place ever! F*^%#*^Best!!! Italian sub 8inch on wheat … Just mouth orgasmic!!!

These guys up here are SO friendly and personable I would come back here just to hang out with them. The food is perfect too! I feel like customer service at some fast food places falls by the way side but not here. Thanks guys!

The ppl here are great and very inviting at this location. Very clean in the dining area and always polite. This is my favorite location in the metroplex and I really want to thank all staff here for keeping me coming back consistently.

I had a really great experience at this restaurant. This was actually my first time at Firehouse and I WILL go back again! I ordered the pulled pork sammy with the slaw and pepperjack cheese. I made mention that I had never been to Firehouse and that I am a regular patron at SUBWAY … Boy did that get a rise out of the staff here … but in a good way! I was informed that once I had this pork sandwich that they were going to be my new favorite! They were very helpful in suggesting how I should get the sandwich made and every person on the the crew was extremely nice and helpful!
THE FOOD WAS GREAT! PROBABLY MY NEW FAVORITE SANDWICH! SO KUDOS TO THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION, GREAT FOOD AND A REALLY GREAT, FUN STAFF!!!

I went in with my boyfriend for lunch and the entire staff was great, but JP (I called to get this gentleman’s name) was FANTASTIC. Best customer service I’ve ever had, and I was a server for 6 years! Better cherish that one or he will get scooped up, excellent management material.
Also, the food was amazing! Turkey bacon ranch club is incomparable. Thank you for the great experience!

Be careful of the hot sauce, some of it is brutal.

This staff is THE BEST OF THE BEST! I adore them so much! Always greeting everyone with the standard «Welcome to Firehouse» but they put just as much energy into every single welcome one after another! Plus it’s always clean, food is top notch, and they always make a point to have a conversation with you and put a smile on your face. I honestly believe they are the best firehouse crew in the South! That’s in all of Texas, Louisiana and Alabama (the locations I’ve been too lol) Keep up the great work guys! Ps. Firehouse Corp. bring back the Hawaiian Pulled Pork sandwich permanently, gracias’!

My husband and I love going to this firehouse subs. The owner is beyond friendly and accommodating. All the staff are so upbeat and you can tell they love their jobs. Food always comes out delicious and is very consistent.

Excellent service and great sandwhiches. I always get the #1, but they gave me a sample of the brisket and I think I found a new favorite.

The customer service was amazing! Normally sub shops don’t really ask you how everything was or help you clean up the tables. They were so nice and made sure we were absolutely satisfied with our meals.
I got the roast beef sandwich which was amazing! The roast beef is so soft and fresh! I’m not a big fan of pickles either but they have amazing pickles that come with any sub. I definitely recommend this location!
