Freestyle machine didn’t work. Too many flies inside the restaurant. Food was ok usual Wendy’s fare. Noticed they have a few new items. Not imoressed

Had been here yesterday and since I’m a vegetarian I requested the lady at the counter to make a Veg Burger for me and she was very cool and helped me out (usually ppl don’t so that for a veg food). The ghost fries was great too!

I have not had a wrong order yet at this Wendy’s and I have gone to it now for over 3 years since I moved closer to this location. The food is always fresh and they are usually quick unless it is lunch time then they can be slow but that’s to be expected.

I was just stopping by to pick up lunch for my boyfriend, I was a little shocked at the poor reviews that mention lack of service, maybe I got lucky. There was a really sweet girl working behind the counter, I think her nametag read ‘Nicole’. She was super pleasant and made my day! Food was great and fresh too! And I LOVE the new remodeling that Wendy’s is doing.

They recently remodeled this location, but it hasn’t really improved the service.
ALWAYS triple-​check your order before pulling away from the window at this location. Every time I have been, something has either been wrong, missing, or stale (french fries).
It’s the closest Wendy’s…and the «good one» in Lewisville. Sad, I know. I typically like Wendy’s a lot, but I have yet to have a good experience here at this location.

Been here a few of times and have had relatively good experiences. There are some times where the food comes out not as hot as I would have liked, but it’s most of the things here are not made to order (you get what you pay for). With Chick-​Fil-​A and McD’s surrounding this location and the high traffic you’ll encounter at said restaurants, Wendy’s plays a pretty convincing role as the red-​headed stepchild. But when I’m in a hurry and I’m not being picky this is definitely my go-​to on this stretch of Round Grove.

They don’t even list all the burgers (including new advertised sandwiches/​burgers. Have to guess how much it is, if they even carry it, and what’s on it. Then it was cold. C’mon people

Never Gets My Orders Right And Serves The People That Came After Me First And By The Time I Do Get To Order I Have Been There 10 Mins And Takes Twice As Long To Get Me My Food Then Another 10 To Get Me My Food That I Really Ordered! They Are Rude And Like To Talk About The Consumers In There Language Behind There Backs! Never Will I Come Here Again!

How can one mess up fries, all I ordered was fries. Visited yesterday afternoon via drive thru. Fries were stale, warm at best the bottom of the barrel. Kindly whipped around and asked them to provide me with fresh hot fries.
Last visit was enroute from Six Flags three months back, same piss pour service. Never again will I frequent that location, cannot get an order of fries right (rme).

The manager had all of her family members dining here and decided that all the food was going to be prepared and served to them first and free of charge. She also decided that it was ok to speak her language to her employees in front of a line of customers waiting to order their food. I had to wait about 5 minutes just to order and then my food took about 15 more minutes to come out because of the fact that all the food being made before mine was being served to the manager’s family members!!!
