The best Kung Pao Chicken I have had anywhere, don’t know why and I will never question why as well, just double it up and go and woof it down, and then pass out!

I normally don’t rate fast food restaurants. The food was okay, although I’ve been to other Panda Express franchises with a bigger selection. I gave only two stars because they were out of napkins. They told me to go to the restaurant next to them if I wanted a napkin. I think new management might help!

Good quality, just don’t go towards the end of the night. They try to run things down as much as they can to cut shrink. Day time/early evening though… very fresh all the time. Taste of the orange chicken can vary sometimes, being spicier than other times. Friendly staff :)

«Eek! Methinks not» is absolutely correct. My boyfriend and I have gone to this place twice now, the first experience was a few months back when I ordered the Chow Mein and received dry noodles without any flavor at all. I thought, «This isn’t normal for panda» but I still ate it because I’m a poor college student and will eat pretty much whatever I can get my hands on that’s edible. Anyways, my boyfriend is in love with orange chicken and he already douses his noodles in chili sauce and soy sauce to compensate for the lack of flavor. I advised that we didn’t come back to this location again. But then he really really wanted orange chicken so I said I’d give the place once last chance. The second time going in was the worst experience I’ve ever had with panda. I ordered bejing beef, black pepper chicken, fried rice, and chow mein. Both the chow mein and fried rice were drier than a lake in the Sahara dessert, and I kept chewing on fat pieces in the chicken and beef with textures that were no where near actual meat. Like I said, those were probably fat chunks thrown in with the actual meat. Couldn’t even finish a third of it and my boyfriend got physically ill after eating the orange chicken again which he didn’t finish either. We left this Lewisville location saying to each other«We will never come back here again, let’s make a Unilocal account just to tell people how awful this place is.» And so I did.

Filthy, slow service, and had to wait because none of the food was ready. Employees standing around talking to each other. Even had to clean our own table. Would give negative stars if available.

Sadly on the day that I went to this location is was a busy weekend and only two workers were present(one person manning the food and cashier, the other cooking the food). While the line was long and when I got to finally ordering my food the workers was kind enough to give me a free drink, the food was fresh, I always opt for the chow mein(or white rice) with orange chicken, kung pao chicken, and mushroom chicken. Okay location, standard panda food!

This place shuts down food options before 8:30pm. I can understand your not wanting to waste food. However, it’s not very appealing when most trays are empty or have less than a scoop of food in the huge pan and you ask them if they will make more and they look at you like they don’t understand English! A few people walked out. Trust me, I was tempted. Ridiculous!!! Don’t come here after 7:45pm apparently. Ugh!

I had been stuck at home for 3 days(due to the ice on the roads) w/instant ramen and Campbell’s condensed soup. This was the first meal I had after the 3 long days and I am extremely happy with the quality of the food ^_^ Service was good; lady charged me for the price of an add-on instead of the regular a la carte price. Food was good too~ Had string bean chicken for take-out tonight and it was satisfying :)

It’s Panda. Good in a pinch and never had a bad experience. Handy that it’s right up the road.

Panda Express is a Chinese chain that’s not that bad. It is reasonably priced for what you get. This afternoon, I dropped in to get an order to go. Had a long project to work on and wanted to have a snack on later in the day. What brought me back in to Panda Express was a while back there was the sweetest little lady behind the counter offered me a taste of one of the dishes. She reached for a tooth pick from box of tooth picks and a sample was produced for me to try. That one kind act made me drive a mile out of my way to go back. Now mind you, it was not just the sample, it was her focus on her trying to help me decide. And they say customer service is dying, boo to them who say that! As my order was being put together today fried rice was the main dish. The fried rice was ok. The sides that were added were the kung pao chicken and the firecracker chicken breast. Now the kung pao chicken was the better of the two, I would give it an B plus, the chicken was tender and seasoned well. The steamed vegies in it were very nice, tender and not over cooked. The firecracker had a nice flavor, vegies were seasoned well, great spiciness to it, but the chicken pieces were just a little over cooked and a little tough. Both of these side dishes look pretty close, as the server /manager was starting to put it in a «to go bag». I asked her which was which just in case I forgot; the look I got was as if I had shot her dog. Man did I feel stupid, lol. Now being a foodie, I had to sample the afternoon treats before I left. I just don’t think it fair to write a review of take-out food, when it’s not hot. I am sure I will go back, it’s one of those little places that its once in a blue moon, but I am sure I’ll be back just from that one kind gesture!
