I ordered take– out on 1÷25÷2016 around 8 ish and waited about 15 minutes, after providing my name for my order. I would say about 5 minutes into waiting for my food I saw a bag placed on the counter by a young lady(she never said anyone’s name). About 10 minutes later I heard a young Asian man say to the young lady«whose order is this»? He looked at the receipt and then stated«Marina your order is ready». I walked to the counter and stated«WOW if I knew that my order would just have sat there I never would’ve came here, he then stated oh no it just came out». It was even more of an insult to have him LIE to my face, but FYI Pei Wei if your sales go down at this location this might be why HORRIBLECUSTOMERSERVICE. I forgot to add when I asked for Wontons for my Thai Wonton Soup your cook grabbed them with his BARE hands(I did not eat them I actually drove to Target and bought my own Wontons). Do you not provide gloves to your cooks Pei Wei? I can only imagine what is done to the food period. I’m guessing you want a incident like Chipotle. You have lost a long time customer due to the incompetence and unsanitary practices of your employees.

The food here is really good and you can call in for to go orders. This also have a huge fountain drink selection. You press a button and can make any drink you want. I always get the Dan Dan noodles with chicken and my mom gets the tad pai with chicken. We like the food a lot.

I know this is a chain but I love pei Wei! The restaurants are always clean and I love that the restaurant is open so you can see everything being prepared. If you go during busy hours there is usually a line out the door so go early. I enjoy pretty much all their dishes. I usually get the tofu or just vegetables. The tofu is long strips unlike tofu at other restaurants but are cooked perfectly and flavorful. The Kung Pao or Thai Dynamite are probably my favorite. My kids love the honey seared. Before becoming vegetarian I really enjoyed the lettuce wraps. The sushi rolls are a little pricy for what they are. My kids also love the ridiculous drink dispenser. Staff is always friendly and helpful. I love pei Wei.

Excellently prepared dishes. The rice is always perfectly cook. The caramel chicken was slightly more spicy than the Pei Wei in my hometown. I love spicy with great flavor. The spring egg rolls were excellent. The honey garlic chicken was good not a strong garlic taste however.

I went by at 830 pm and the kitchen was cleaning up. My food was half cooked. The rice was cold and so were the snap peas. I have called before to make a to ho order and was denied at 845pm… I will not be returning.

Great food and great environment. Many of the leadership staff have moved on to help open new stores. Am looking to the same great customer focused service with the new team. We order for 15 people for lunch at least once a month and they get the orders together quickly and the food is always great. Other restaurants require 24 hour notice but this chain works with little or no notice and don’t ever make me feel like I’m putting them out.

Let me just start off by saying that I love Pei Wei. Food is always fresh and cooked to order. This time I tried the new Kung Pao lettuce wraps, which were very good. I usually stick to the same thing with rice or noodles, but this time I thought I would try something different and was not disappointed. Very fresh and light. These are now one of my favorite things to order. I only hope they are kept on the menu. Try them before they are gone.

I came here after not having Pei Wei for a long time due to distance, forgetting about it, etc. I forgot how yummy it can be! LOVE their lettuce wraps, they can easily be a meal on their own. I also love, and everyone gets weird when I say this, their tofu! It is so good. They cook it so well that the texture and flavor are terrific. If you’re a tofu fan or even semi-into it, give it a try here. You’ll love it. This location is not the most convenient, which is probably why I forgot about it/hadn’t been in forever.

**Manager Issue: My boyfriend and I decided to order this as our dinner Friday night December 19, 2014. Ordered extra meat and extra veggies to our meals. Picked it up and went home. Found we didn’t get what we paid extra for. I called in about the order, and I had to speak with the manager on duty. He was very short and direct. He seemed pissed we called in basically. I get it, it was busy when I came up the first time and it’s Friday night so it’s stressful for everyone, but still least apologize for their own mistake. Which he never did the whole night. I mentioned it was my fault for not adding an additional spring roll online, and I only got one spring roll so I needed another one. Came back to the location for the correct order, and received the correct meals, and then I said I can buy the 1 spring roll due to my mistake. Well he took the incorrect meals quickly and dropped them on the floor, gave me the correct meals and then he gave me 1 free spring roll. So I only got a 1 $ from this whole inconvenience and no apology! He Should have let me kept the other meals instead of throwing them away at least for the extra gas I had to spend coming back. Very disappointed on how the manager handled this easy situation. Not very professional. Yes there food is good. But if the manager is treating me like that, it’s not worth my time and money for this specific location. Thanks.

I was excited when I heard of PF Chang’s cheaper alternatives! I usually get mongolian beef over white rice for $ 7.57 for a small. Good enough for lunch. THey’re fast and its the same great taste offered at PF Changs for cheaper price. Keep in mind, this is not authentic Chinese food and they don’t claim to be. They also offer sushi, eggrolls, and springrolls to complete your meal. An entrée is usually filling enough for me

Lovely managers, always in a great mood, ready to please. My only issue-to go orders are always messed up. So we have to check then double check, which can be a hassle. Plus, we’ve had to wait when we placed an online order once. It was nice to bring home hot food, but if they were going to wait til I showed up to pick it up, then why do they even offer online ordering; it was a waste of my time. Same great food and selections though! Keep coming with all the awesome new dishes!

Food is good, my daughter loves this place, staff is always friendly, and price is fine. Only thing is sometimes they can take a bit longer than I like to wait. But then, I don’t like to wait very long.

I wasn’t happy with this location! I got the Hot & Sour Soup and it was a little cold… My boyfriend got the pad thai and it only had the noodles and steak they didn’t put everything that normally comes in it. Maybe we just came on the wrong day.

Pei Wei is yummy. It isn’t healthy… if it were I’d eat there more often! They’re pad Thai is delicious, as are the lettuce wraps. The sauce they serve with the lettuce wraps is addicting. I also like the cool drink machine! You can do flavor combinations. It tends to be a bit crowded at lunch, but still fast and inexpensive. Yummy stuff!

Every time I come to this location the staff is polite and on top of things. My orders are always correct, the food is always served hot, and it’s always good. This is one of the best Pei Wei locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.

As a Chinese American, I feel like I know Chinese food better than most given I worked in several Chinese restaurants for about 10 years when I was younger. Plus I just love food in general. Pei Wei and PF Chang are one of those restaurant that you must set your expectation as Asian Fusion and not the traditional Chinese food. For what it is, it’s actually one of our favorite for Americanized Chinese fast food. As with Panda Express, and many others, you come here for quick fixing, and nothing more. Pei Wei is always nice and clean(bathroom is clean as well, which is important having 3 kids and always making sure their hands are clean and/or if they have to use bathroom). Service is alway friendly, and food is always served hot within 10min of ordering. Having said all this, you would think it deserves a 4 star for sure. Well, now comes the food. Again, the temperature is nice and hot, and flavore is always more than flavorfull as they have plenty of sauce. Now, here is the issue I have. We’ve been coming to Pei Wei for years and countless times. Each and every time, I tried to order something different. Unfortunately, they must use the same or similar sauce each and every time. As you order from menu, you’ll notice that you can pick either Beef, Chicken, Pork or shrimp with just about anything. It’s a very basic concept as they can hire most anyone off the street and be able to cook basic Chinese food. I certainly understand their philosophy, which is consistent for a national chain restaurant. What i slowly don’t care as much is that it all taste pretty much the same, each and every time, no matter what I order. We went there again during lunch today as a family. We had ordered 5 different dishes, but they all looked and taste pretty much the same. Again, don’t get me wrong as the food is fresh and hot, and tasty, but it’s just the same thing over and over. Again, understanding their clientel is more American than Chinese, this probably works great. I just for myself personally, I probably won’t be back as often as I used to, thus the 3 stars. The main reason for today’s lunch is that we got a coupon for BOGO(buy one, get one) free for any entrée. Without the discount or coupon, we probably won’t be back anytime soon.

good takeout, very busy. I would call ahead so that the food is ready if you are doing takeout. Otherwise very good. The wait was about 15 minutes longer than they said it would be on the phone.

What can I say? I’m a fan of the Asian cuisine. Pei Wei makes me happy. I had the steak lo mein for lunch last week. Oh the joy! It was steaming, hot and tasted great! The service was really great. Ten of us were able to order, eat, and get out of there in about an hour during rush lunch hour. Not bad. I’d go back!

Well, I was looking over Pei Wei’s menu online and was excited when I saw their Bangkok Noodles. The ingredient list is fairly close to the Thai Blazing Noodles dish they used to have(and was undoubtedly my all-time favorite dish from them)… well, it had tomatoes at least. So! I ordered that and my standard hot and sour soup, while my wife got the Mongolian Beef Diner Select and some Asian slaw. Mine was OK, but didn’t meet my expectations(not spicy at all and kinda bland). My wife’s was good, but I had to eat all her mushrooms(never heard of Mongolian with mushrooms.) Unless their upcoming Sriracha Chicken delivers, it looks like they’ll never offer anything as good as those Thai Blazing Noodles.
