my personal Pros & Cons Pros: cheap on MOST things. staff is friendly(usually) Cons: dirty. ive never walked in(even at opening as sometimes i wait to be in when they open) and not seen merchandise and obvious trash on the floor. big lots as a company does not take coupons. they genuinely believe they have the best prices. the furniture is oddly not very cheap. and there is rarely someone to help you. not to mention the side with furniture unfortunately has giant floor to ceiling and wall to wall windows on one WHOLE wall. its always soooo hot because of those windows. maybe black them out. there is no clear order or arrangement to the merchandise. random. the check outs are badly placed and designed. a suggest a remodel.

Big fan! Good prices when you need general housewares. I’ll get all of my cleaners and supplies here. We got a couch from here for dirt cheap too and it’s great! Delivery was easy to set up, even though it’s a separate service. The staff here are very nice and helpful. Thanks Big Lots!

I really enjoy strolling around at Big Lots looking for some fun deals — they’ve always got some really neat ones. And the store at this Lewisville location always got my fav cookies — Ballerina from Göteborgs Kex and Anna’s Gingersnaps(I’m Swedish so I’m partial but… they are soooooo gooooooood and EVERYBODY luv’s ‘em). The staff here’s very friendly and service minded too — always makes me give a place extra points. I’m not fond of their furniture section of the store — it takes away space from the more fun part(and Big Lots furniture isn’t a hit with me…).
