They are AWESOME! I ordered a football bouquet and they asked what school my son attended and I gave his jersey #…they researched the school to find the school colors and mascot and personalized the cookies. I was so vague in what I wanted and am so THRILLED will the product! I’ve used them before with excellent results and they are still amazing me. Great job!

Though the friendliness of the people working there isn’t always the best. The quality of the cookies never suffers. They’re always fresh and delicious, and their boutiques are awesome.

I would give this place 5 stars for the cookies and brownies. When I called to place the order the guy was a bit short. I assume he must have been busy. But he just sounded like that kinda person who is bothered by customers. Not exactly rude… just annoyed that he had to take an order. However, the day my order was ready a very nice young lady called me to let me know it was ready and said that the instructions on my order said that I wanted a phone call when ready. Now since I did not request that, it made dude seem not so bad. The cookie design was a hit with the kiddos and we also had brownies. I would totally order tons of brownies from them. Even 3 days after, heat em up in the micro and they are insane! So yummy! The cookie of course dries out after about 2 days but on day 1… wonderful! The frosting is the best I have had on a cookie cake. Perfect amount of sweetness. Most def will use them again.

Sometimes in life, a cookie solves everything.
My ebony friend and I love cookies. We can eat cookies for meals. We’ve had them all, thin and crispy, thin and chewy, soft and melty, soft and chewy, hard and stale… you get the picture.
Swangin thru lewisville, We decided to check out Cookies in Bloom to see what cookies they had to offer. The store is very cute and small, typical for a small business owner. Cookies in Bloom offers chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, m&m, white chocolate macadamia, oatmeal raisin, and peanut butter cookies. Each cookie is a dollar and of good size. We got 4 cookies, the snickerdoodle, white chocolate macadamia, oatmeal raisin, and m&m. All were soft with good chew. Butter content was nice which lead to a chewy texture.
Cookies in Bloom and Subway is my main go to places for cookies in the lewisville area.
FYI: All credit/​debit card purchases require a $ 1.50 charge. So bring that cash skrilla

I stopped by on Saturday to get some cookies. The sign on the door says they are open until 3pm; I pulled up around 2:50. I asked the young guy working if they are still open. I know they are, I’m just trying to be nice here. «Umm kinda. What do you want?» Ok, pretty rude but I really want these cookies.
«Cookies, please.»
–Rude Worker: «Umm how many?
«Just a couple.»
–Rude Worker: (long sigh) «Well, do you have cash?»
«Nope»
–Rude Worker: (vaguely motions to the credit card machine with a half-​eaten apple in his hand) «Yeah, we are already closed down.»
Are you kidding me? Maybe I’m being irrational because I clearly did not get my sugar fix, but that’s just ridiculous! I’ve had their cookies before, and they were tasty, but I will not be going back.
Customer service is king, Rude Worker. Especially when you are selling something like cookies to someone who 1. Clearly reealllly wanted one 2. Has Unilocal and Google+ Local accounts and scathing social media reviewing skills.

I got a living social coupon for this. My friend’s birthday was coming up so I decided to use my coupon and order a 7 cookie bouquet. I requested for them to use different colors than what was displayed and they were able to do all this and it looked really good! The annoying thing was I got to the place and the lady said the cookies were leaning over so the sticks would have broke in the car so I had to wait about 30 minutes for her to fix this… when she comes out it wasn’t even my bouquet, she had heard my name wrong.
She finally got the right bouquet which I had to wait another 15 minutes for, again it looked perfect and my friend really liked it… but my friend said that when she got home she noticed two cookies broke on the ride home… so the presentation is very good but the customer service and the quality of the bouquet is not so good.
I cannot comment on the taste of the cookies, we have not tried them yet… but I can add a comment once we do a taste test! =)

This place was awesome!!! after leaving another cookie store that was absolutely horrible, i was totally desperate to find someone who could make me a cute unique cookie basket so i could surprise my husband at work for our anniversary. they were soooo helpful and put together a basket with our wedding picture on a cookie last minute! i cant say enough goods about this place. my husband and his coworkers loved the basket and it made for a start of a perfect anniversary day!
