I arrived at the Tint Shop at 5:29PM Friday Feb 26. The shop was clearly closed even though their big signs on the doors said they closed at 6PM. Another customer had pulled up at the same time as i did and was wondering the same thing. There was no sign that indicated why they closed early. They lost two customers because of their lazy, unprofessional business management. I will never comeback here again and will negatively referrer this place to whoever asks, Word to mouth has a big impact.

TERRIBLE! The rudest people I have ever met. I called TWICE before I drove to the shop. The information I was given on the phone was completely different than what I was told when I came in. I had a Groupon and the shop did not honor it for the face value. And the worst part was that they wrote«redeemed» on the Groupon site but they provided NO service to me. They said I had not made an appointment when in fact my name was on the agenda!!! To top it all of, one of the guys tore a piece of paper into a million that had my information to my face. I agree with the 1 star reviews… After you’ve made a purchase here it’s very hard to get any work that wasn’t done correctly the first time, fixed. Also, when you get your receipts make sure the items purchased are written correctly and everything is detailed and listed with brand names etc. I was offered a deal if I paid cash. My receipt only shows my billed amount with no details making it more difficult to find someone else to fix because I have no idea which brand/model I purchased.

Terrible terrible terrible! I cannot believe how crooked these guys are. I waited for someone to help me for a half hour when I had an appointment set up with them a week in advance since apparently they are so busy but the shop was completely empty. After we agreed on a service for which the prices were ridiculous, they promised excellent service in turn. I agreed since I just bought my car and I would always have this tint for the life of my car. I hand over my keys and watch my baby be whipped through the parking lot like it was a rental, keep in mind this was being driven by the manager! An hour and a half later I hear the garage in the back open and so I thought my car was finally done so I take a peek in the back and see my car just pull in. At this point I am confused and wondering where this guy just took my car for a joy ride. Obviously there is no one there to help me or tell me what is going on. Finally another hour and a half later the garage opens once again and my car is whipped back into the front of the store and they force my bumper into the curb right in front my eyes. After getting out of the car the manager see’s he’s completely scratched up the front hops back in and jerks the car off the curb as I watch my brand new car being thrown around I am in shock. The manager walks in and refuses anything had happened. I look around my car to see the job they had done and there are drip marks on the interior of every door and don’t get me started on bubbles in the tint. They immediately closed to shop so I can’t go back in. It has been a few months now and the bubbles have not gone, but I am not about to go back and purposely go through the pain of going back there and being taken advantage of. These guys are complete crooks and this business should be shut down immediately, DONOTCOMEHEREFORANYTHING!

I came to leave this review and am shocked to see anything less than 5 stars!!! Alfredo and his team are the most respectful men I have met in this business. We have had many dealings over the years with different tint shops and the service was less than desirable. My husband has been bringing cars into The Tint Shop for the last couple years because of the quality of work they do is unsurpassed. Most recently I took my AMG in to be stripped and retinted and every associate was friendly and informative. They came to check on me while I waited for my car to be finished. Any question I asked was answered and I was not treated as a burden. Alfredo really made my day with his & his staffs service and I CANNOT give them a better honest review. Thank you guys SO much and my windows look beautiful as usual!!!

Don’t waste your time buying a groupon for this place… My wife bought me a Groupon for Christmas from this place. Two windows 69.00. I called to make an appointment and was told they would only take Groupon appointments mon-tue. I said ok and thought maybe I missed something. I went over the Groupon and there was nothing there indicating ONTHESEDAYSONLY. I called back and talk to someone about it. Told them if I had known about this, my wife would have never bought the Groupon since I work mostly during the week. I told him that was false advertising and was told it was because of the amount of Groupon customers coming in… Not my problem… What did you expect putting out a deal on Groupon!!! Anyways, ended up emailing groupon and got my wife a refund. I’m sure I’ll find a place who can handle the work load.

BEWARE!!! These people are shady! This is one of the most unprofessional businesses I have ever stepped foot in. They are overpriced, quality of work is horrible and they refuse to stand behind their work/product. I had my vehicle tinted and within a week the tint was coming completely off. They refused a refund or applying new tint. The owners Carlos and Michelle were extremely rude, they do not care about their customers! Think twice before doing business here!

I bought a groupon for this shop. While I know these are not big money makers for companies they still show their colors when treating customers who buy them. I showed up today(a saturday) and was told that they would only tint groupon cars monday — through friday. I figured I must have missed this fine print so I asked if they could make an exception. While the man asked the owner I pulled out my phone and looked up the groupon. I didn’t miss any fine print, it just wasn’t there. So when I was told that for a $ 55 dollar fee I could do it that day I told them no thanks. It’s only a 69 dollar groupon, so almost double. They then proceeded to tell me it was because they were so busy and my car(a 2 door convertible) would take 3 hours to tint. Which anyone that has had window tint done by any reputable shop can tell you that it takes a fraction of that time. While they may do good work, I figured I would take my business elsewhere because no telling how they would treat me if there did happen to be a problem with my window tint job. Refund here I come.
