Hobby Lobby

Today, I went into Hobby Lobby with my son’s girlfriend. I had four items that I wanted to purchase. We were taking our time looking at different things on the isles. Get ready and walk to the register to find at least nine people in line & only one cashier. We went and left our stuff on a shelf. Later in the evening I go back to Hobby Lobby because I really wanted to get what I had picked out, earlier. I am walking back to where I saw the items and an employee of Hobby Lobby tells me I need to leave the store? We are closing and you don’t need anything! I looked at her and told her I was going to take my leisurely time at finding what I needed and I didn’t need her telling me to leave the store. The only nice person was the gal at the register. I was trying to get my 40% off coupon off my phone & she opens a drawer and she scanned the coupon for 40% off.
I will not shop at that Hobby Lobby again. I was never a fan of HL and sure won’t be one now. Rude people.

i love hobby lobby! they usually have some sort of sale going while ive discovered Michaels doesnt seem to be a low price.
they lose a star because i cant EVER seem to get anyone to help me. there just arent any employees floating around seeing if u need help.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful. If they don’t know the answer they find someone who does and they usually stick around to hear the answer too! The selection is amazing, they have things i never could’ve even thought about! It’s always very clean and organized making shopping very easy and pleasurable! I also love the sales they have! It’s not just a little bit off every once in awhile. They always have huge sales on tons of stuff!

I just shopped so much for a lot of DIY wedding décor!!! This place is so well organized and I found every bring I needed and more!
The have the best sales too! I got to the register with a 40% off one item coupon and the lady helped me to use it on something to get the best price because a lot of the items were already on sale… I didn’t know some of the items were an additional off and that was a nice surprise! I have to come here for any craft supplies!

I have never been to a Hobby Lobby before. I always assumed that they were like Joann’s and Micheal’s. However, they seem to have more than their compition it’s not just crafts here. You can find furniture and home décor too!
They have great sales running here. I went yesterday they had alot of items 50% off. For example: Mirrors, and furniture.
The staff could have been more helpful and knowledgeable. That would have gotten them 4 stars. But hey you can’t win them all. I will be back again soon.

I usually love Hob Lob but my experience today was awful. It’s embarrassing enough to pay in change and the cashier’s attitude didnt help or make me feel welcome. It was just $ 10 in quarters and i just want my gifts to look pretty for my family; he didnt have to make me feel like crap, it’s Christmas for God sake
