My old Amana dryer stopped drying my clothes. Arnie at JB analyzed the three likely causes over the phone, got my model number, made an appointment that was convenient, showed up exactly on time with everything he needed, fixed the problem, cleaned the unit, oiled it where needed, replaced a broken latch, improved the vent hose connection and left me with a dryer that works like new. priceless! Highly recommended.

Washer went out Saturday night; Sears couldn’t come out until the next Friday. I called JB Appliances (they were reasonably close) on Tuesday morning and the were out Tuesday afternoon. The repairman was waiting on my doorstep, very friendly, and said he thought he had a hunch about what was wrong, so he brought some parts from the shop. Turned out he was spot on. Fixed it in about 30 minutes. I thought the charge was fair and we were back in the washing business in no time at all. Loved the friendliness and professionalism of the repairman (I think his name was Delmy?). It was great– I highly recommend and will call them again next time I have a problem!
