We bought a Miele. It’s constantly broken. It came with a warranty, but every time I’ve brought it in, I’m subjected to demeaning lectures from the owner about how we’re «abusing the machine.» It’s a vacuum. We’re a family. We vacuum up our messes. Nothing scandalous there. Honestly, I’m tired of the lectures. It’s rude, petty, and insulting. I will find another store and drive twice as far just to never see that person again. Avoid this location if you need repairs or warranty work.

There is a service center right there on premises! Service is timely and excellent, with a gaurantee on the parts and labor. They permit you to use a loaner vacuum If you need one. The staff is sincere and not pushy at all. Their approach when selling is positive and educational, making the buying process a satisfying and pleasant experience.
