Lashes by Kollin

I have no real complaints about the lashes. I thought Kollin did a pretty good job. She was able to fit me in on the same day and had competitive prices, which was exactly what I was looking for. Because I booked my appointment on a whim, I already had makeup on. She removed my mascara and said nothing about a fee until the very end of my appointment after I was finished. She then said it would be $ 9 (or $ 10 I can’t remember) and she didn’t tell me earlier because she wanted me to relax. I didn’t feel like that was the right way to handle the situation. Just didn’t sit well with me. Either she should have told me upfront (and I probably would have agreed) or said she would charge me that in the future. There’s so much competition (at least 3 other lash shops in that building) that I will probably find someone else to do my lashes in the future.
Another constructive criticism: I wish she would put her suite number on her website. I looked around the whole building for her suite and couldn’t find it (it’s through another door in the back – the only place I didn’t look). Turns out she was waiting for me outside, but it was my first time and I had no idea what she looked like.
