My family has eaten at several Canes locations. They chain frequently has dirty restaurants and employees with no proper supervision. This location is the best one yet. Clean, polite and fast. Sweet tea is excellent. The «Box Combo» is my favorite. Don’t forget to order extra Canes Sauce.

This location is a hit-​or-​miss.
Sometimes their tenders are a decent size, and other times they are minuscule.
The dine-​in area is either empty or swarming with teens from the local high school, so if you want a nice family outing, beware.
The taste remains consistent.
Service is just typical fast-​food quality.

Canes fried chicken tenders are some of the best in the business. I love their special sauce and the chicken always taste so fresh. The fries are usually hit or miss but the special sauce is amazing! This place is defiantly worth a try. The reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it is kind of pricy $$$

I like their chicken and slaw however going to Cane’s and having to deal with the obnoxious way the employees act is a beating.
I have visited a couple of different locations and I primarily visit the Lewisville location and the one on Campbell in North Dallas/​Richardson. Both locations think it’s cute to come up with an obnoxious greeting. Coming from a greasy haired college student that doesn’t work for me. Having a high school student think it’s funny to rattle off a canned saying that I have to ask her to repeat because it doesn’t make sense it irritating. For that, I limit my visits.
I know this is a standard practice coming from some «training guru» and it may work well with younger customers but a middle aged guy generally doesn’t have the same humor. Point: know your customer and act appropriately.
When i go into your restaraunt I don’t want to be entertained. Feed me and I will be happy.

I definitely have a soft spot for Cane’s. I hardly ever write reviews for chains but Cane’s, regardless of location, is always beyond belief. The perfect food to just forget about your health for a second and live a little.
I ALWAYS get the Caniac and a sweet tea. Sometimes I feel sick after. But it’s always worth it!!!

Raising Canes serves chicken tenders, fries and not much else. They make them well enough but I don’t think they’re anything special. The thing that really stands out is their Canes sauce which I absolutely love.

This Was Our Second Time In And It Was Clean Friendly Cashiers And A Very Polite Manager Who Made Sure We Enjoyed Our Visit. The Food Is A Bit Expensive But The Food Portion Is Big, You’ll Leave Full!
But Again Only 4 Stars For The Price.

Here’s a way to cheat the system: Sometimes if you order a big enough tailgate box they will fill up a cup with their secret sauce; you can then trash the food and be on your way with one delicious beverage.

We paid this location a visit last Friday night, and once again, the whole family was pleased. The manager on duty made our entire family happy and made sure we were ALL taken care of. She made recommendations on what size basket for the kids. I will always be a loyal Cane’s customer!

I go to this location a lot since I live very close by. The only reason I’m giving it three stars is because sometimes I go and the tenders are moist and nicely cooked and other times they are dry and way over cooked. I wish there was more consistency with that. Also, many times I’ve not received the ketchup I requested or they have messed up my order. So please check your bag before you leave! Other than that, I love their lemonade and could eat the bread forever :)

For chicken fingers, crinkle cut fries, slaw and buttered bread. not bad. I like those things. so I like canes. I always have to buy at least one extra cane’s sauce though.
NOW… I still prefer Zaxbys. they make better food, and have more choices. but if canes is all I can get access to, they are ‘a-​okay’. The limited menu is a double edged sword. I want hot wing sauce etc.

.I have been to Cane’s maybe six times in the past twice at this location. Today will be my last time. The chicken tenders quality was Dairy Queen like. I do not know if during rush times they substitute the fresh marinated chicken with frozen chicken sticks but it would appear so.

If you have never been to a Canes and like chicken — try it! Chicken breast strips are cooked perfectly and the sauce really tops it off. The toast is excellent and fresh squeezed lemonade is great! Don’t eat here every day but treat yourself once in a while. Not a fan of the slaw, but I substitute an extra piece of toast for the the slaw. Top quality chicken breast only.
