Horrible Custer service, the sign says walk ins welcomed. They had two barbers working with only two other customers there and told be me I had to come back another day because they were to busy! It was 5pm and they close at 6pm, I guess it takes a hour per haircut!!!

Best in the area! Fast and easy, and you’ll get a great cut. A big plus is the ability to make an appointment at the last minute. Close to the base at NAS Pax. Reasonable prices and one of the few remaining places where you’ll get a razor shave of your neck. Ask for Souk.

Toby’s is located in an office park, next to a deli, a Chinese restaurant, and various military contractors.
It’s really just a barber shop for military personnel. I’ve been a few times, and never gotten a haircut I’m happy with. The worst was when I got a small mark accidentally shaved in the back of my head that I didn’t realize was there until someone told me. Or perhaps when I asked one haircutter to give me a «pretty short» haircut, and when I realized she was just giving me a trim, and not a haircut, she said I should’ve asked for a short haircut, and complained that I was getting TWO HAIRCUTS.
This is compounded by the fact that it’s cash only. One more reason not to go back, I guess. To be fair, I’ve only gone to Toby’s because the barber across the street (formerly Jay’s, now MJ’s) is closed on Mondays.
