Big Blue Autos

I went to big blue auto to buy the first vehicle I’ve ever financed the salesmen were nice, the selection was good & I really loved that they had guaranteed credit approval… So I bought a Mazda CX-​7 with 82k miles on it. I had my SUV for 3 – 4 months until it broke down on the side of the interstate at which point (being new to the area) I called big blue & asked if they do work on vehicles to which the salesman replied «no, we just have a few Mexicans working in the back & they don’t know much» so I asked for a recommendation for a tow service & garage S&S tire Beaumont center… So with us both working at Toyota I thought well we really need 2 cars so we took our savings & went back to big blue because we needed guaranteed approval & bought a low miles Mitsubishi Eclipse. Later that day the tow service picked my car up & dropped it with S&S tire right at their closing time, I get a call at 7:30 a. m the next morning telling me my motor was done. I call big blue asking if there was anything they could do the salesman replied «all I know you can do is let it go back» with it being the only thing on my credit it’s not an option so I said oh well I’ll save & get it fixed & here we are haven’t paid the first payment on the Eclipse & find out we have to replace all 4 springs & have already replaced one brake caliper & it still needs maybe 2 more. I wouldn’t recommend going to this place. Shame on them for fooling me once but shame on me for letting them fool me twice.
