I am sad about this place. It seemed like it had so much potential. But alas, it did not live up to my expectations. 1) First flaw– Open 5pm to 10pm. Apparently they did not anticipate the amount of people at Blue Stallion because they ran out of things before 8pm. 2) The Cheese Steak Sandwich — used steak’um(WTF?!), did not come with the pasta salad«because we are out» or the grilled onions(can you not get someone to run to the Kroger?) but they charged the same $ 10. I am sorry but if I am not getting the whole dish as advertised, don’t you think you ought to lower the price? This sandwich was below average as I could do much better at home(even if I used steak’ums). 3) The German Sausage — the sausage itself was good but there was no kraut or beer cheese as advertised. Charged the regular $ 6 as if it included these two items. 3) Unorganized young man taking orders. Very nice but clearly has never done this before. Maybe consider an internship with Gastro Gnomes? 4) If you guys had done EXACTLY what the menu said, I would have been sold. Clearly you have the concept but just not the execution. I think maybe y’all opened to early. Take another 6 months, reset, and try again. Otherwise, I won’t be back. I am not paying full price for a poor execution of a sandwich missing half the ingredients.
