My experience: 1. Bought Samsung refrigerator Dec 4 2 Stopped working May 4 3. Went to Gregg for help. No help not their problem 4. Samsung sent repair out– could not be repaired they said. system problem. Now, both Samsung and HH Gregg stonewalling me. Getting nowhere..

Had an interesting experience there this week. Bought a TV on Black Friday. It was not in stock when I went to pick it up, and they didn’t know if they would get any more. With out any haggle or issue they instantly upgraded our option for the same price and terms. You just don’t see customer service like that very often.
