This place has only been open for one week, but we stopped in to give Chef Lucy’s Korean cuisine a try. They have a minimalist menu compared to the other Korean places in town, but the items on the menu pack a big punch in flavor and appeal. My wife got a vegetarian bulgogi which she said was flavorful and yummy. As for me, I took the crazy adventurous route by ordering the very spicy Fire Noodles… a capsaicin infused ramen cooked in spicy Korean sauces. I asked Chef Lucy to amp it up and I had both a mouth watering AND eye watering meal! What a capsaicin rush! Chef Lucy is also friendly and customer oriented. We will be going back. Their official Grand Opening is March 9, 2016.

this is the worst restaurant in my mind, the stuff is not real Korea food, and the DDeokbikki is just 10 percent rice cake, and the beef bulgogi just 10 percent meat the others all rice noodles. But the price is 17 dollars.

If you like Corean food, add Lucy’s new restaurant to your to-do list. Our meal started with kimchi and pickled radish, followed by a cup of traditional broth. Sari had Mandoo, and Gimbap, I had Kimchi Bibimbap. We finished with a dessert(I can’t remember the name) of shaved ice, topped with ice cream, fruit, crunchies, and chocolate sauce. Lucy’s cooking is fabulous, and now she’s able to offer a complete meal from appetizers to dessert. There are about 20 tables, it’s spotlessly clean, and staff is knowledgeable, and welcoming. Parking is a private lot. A beer /wine license is in the works.

Maybe it was the day, but the food we got was pretty bland. Not my favorite, and definitely wouldn’t eat it again.

Mandoo Korean fried dumpling and Korean spiced chicken leg!!! The dumpling was fresh and packed with flavor! Lucy was right there making them fresh to order. As for the chicken, very light, delicate breading. Not heavy and dense like some can be. The seasoning is great and full of that Korean spice! Tried it with the hot sauce… amazing. Lexington, we have another food artist in town. Her name is Lucy. She’s cute vibrant and loves to talk about her food. Plus the truck is adorable. Those who read my reviews know I give praise where praise is due. I can’t wait to try more. Kudos!

Love it! Visited on the very first day of business. It is the surely most authentic Korean food in Lexington! The food truck is yellow and adorable and Lucy, the owner is very friendly. As a tip, seasonal menu is available addition to the regular menu and Kimbop is not on the regular menu but it can be made to order. I would love to see this place become a dine-in restaurant. The truck moves between three locations but it pretty much moves around the building. If you don’t see it, it’s probably on the other side.
