We have used Inspector USA for several years for pest control. Michael has always been professional, reliable and very reasonable. He has also been very flexible with our schedule and we know that we can rely on him to get the job done. Would highly recommend!

Paid for initial spray with follow ups every 3 months starting in Dec 2012. Dec came and went and we never heard from him. I called him in Jan and he said his wife was in the hospital. While I understand and feel for family issues, he still has a business to run and could have contacted his customers or had somebody else take care of us for him. He said he would contact me to reschedule but still hasn’t to this point.
