We just used Commonwealth Home Inspection for a second time and continue to be pleased with their service. I’ve had a poor home inspection in the past and learned my lesson: you get what you pay for. When the time comes for our next purchase, we will be using this company again!
This inspection was performed on a house over 4000 sq feet and more than 100 years old. Kenny is very thorough and allows you to walk along with him for the inspection so he can explain any things that need corrected or could become problematic. The inspection report was 33 pages of valuable information!
