Jimmy John’s

I had the 8″ Vito (#5): Genoa Salami, Provolone, Capicola, Onion, Lettuce, Tomato, vinaigrette. The sandwich I was served would be jealous of the photo on their web site; the sandwich on their site has more meat and cheese. I was full after my meal but that was thanks to the roll.
Based on the above I would have rated 3 stars because the place was clean and the staff was friendly. But…
There’s fountain service if you want a soda, which I ordered. I wasn’t given a cup when I paid or when my sandwich was handed to me. The cups are stacked near the register and apparently I was supposed to take one. Apparently my fountain service telepathy needs calibration. (The soda fountain itself is at the other side of the room.)
After getting my drink, I went in search of napkins (they weren’t included with the sandwich.) None by the soda fountain, or anywhere else in the store, so I asked. Ahhh, they keep them behind the counter. They must be really special napkins for Jimmy John’s to protect them like that.
Next time I’ll go to Subway.

This was the first time having delivery from this location, they forgot to bring the chips/​cookie with the sandwich, and the gentleman said he would bring them right back, we kinda waited about 15 minutes, none, so we started eating, and after 40 minutes we called and they said they got busy, and could not bring them… So I feel there super fast service means if they don’t get it right the first time, they can’t accommodate making it right cause they have to move on to other customers.

They are awesome! Always on time always fresh and yes freaky fast! Ever since the first time I ate here I’ve been hooked!
