Let me start by saying for 7 years I have absolutely loved the grinders at Lakeshore Market. But… The service has became so horrible it’s so very frustrating to even try to order. They forget lettuce/tomato. Today I ordered 3 grinders and fries. 45 min wait which is fine because the literally make their own bread when you place and order. So I show up 45 min after order to pick up. No fries. Just completely forgot to make them. I was told I could wait another 20 min. Absolutely no «I’m sorry» nothing. Guess from now on I just go to Subway. So disappointing.
