My Cleaners

I’m not really sure why there are a few negative reviews on here. I just moved to the area, and by word of mouth found out about My Cleaners and decided to give it a try. The owner, Jack, made my experience as pleasant as possible and was very professional. The stains on the few button down shirts I brought in as well as a skirt that needed to be cleaned and pressed came out as good as NEW! Not to mention you can’t beat their prices for Lexington! Thank you My Cleaners, i will be back!

Been a customer here for 15 years, I have never had an issue with my clothes being on time and I rarely have to ever point out any stains. My cleaners is the best of the best when it comes to catering to its customers needs and will go above and beyond to make sure they’re happy.

Last night I stopped in to pick up my dry-​cleaning. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if they accepted checks for payment. He looked at me as if I had 3 heads and asked me if my check was good. Honestly! After complaining that he doesn’t like to accept checks he also asked me where I lived. Does that really matter? I was also questioned on why I was writing a check! He wouldn’t let the matter of my writing a check go. He scrutinized me and treated me as if I were a common criminal. Really??? All this aggravation for a $ 45 dry cleaning bill! I have been a customer of this cleaners for 10 years! This man was condescending, rude and very unpleasant to deal with. I will not be using «My Cleaners «again for business. There are plenty of other dry cleaners around that would be happy to take my check. I only support businesses that treat their customers with respect!

Very disappointed in the professionalism of this business. A pair of $ 165 pants, less than 3 months old, were badly damaged and they took no responsibility for this. They were not damaged when we brought them in; they accused us of lying and were extremely unpleasant.
Definitely will not go back.
