Had a delightful dinner with my hubby Saturday night. Service was good. Food was very good. And, the ambienceof the restaurantwas good too. Enjoyed it and will go again.

Consistently one of the best meals in Lexington. It is never crowded, but the food is always excellent and the atmosphere pleasant.

The patio in the back is incredible. I’m not much of a salad guy but the spring salad special was one of the best meals I have ever had. The Cobb salad also looked amazing.

Walked in for a late dinner on a Thursday evening(8 pm ish) after driving literally all day, so I was exhausted. It appeared they may have been closing up as everyone was doing end of shift type tasks and I seemed to have surprised them all when I walked in and cautiously asked if they were still serving food. They directed me to the bar area, and the bartender had to check that the kitchen was still open. Luckily it was, so I quickly ordered the shrimp egg rolls and a glass of wine. I was tired, probably a bit cranky(sorry!) and could just focus on wanting to eat… so I was pretty surprised when a place mat was put in front of me and a nice presentation of dishes and glasses were put down. I kept telling them they didn’t have to do that for me as I was just so out of it and wanted to eat, but they insisted that they do that for all their guests and try to make everyone feel welcome and appreciated. It certainly gave me something to smile about! My shrimp egg rolls were delicious and had such a nice presentation! As I was the only one in the bar, they were kind enough to change the tv to the hockey game for me to watch. After dinner, I was easily convinced to try some ice cream for dessert so I ordered the Caramel Bourbon(I believe?) and it was fantastic. I truly enjoyed my meal here. Everyone was friendly, and what I saw of the restaurant, it seemed to be a pretty cool place!

Outstanding. Scallops were delicious. Potatoes had garlic to go, so beware. Bread pudding was the best ever had. Well with the visit.

Best lunch spot in Lexington! My husband and I go at least once a week and the daily chef specials are absolutely amazing. Dinner, brunch and bar are also fantastic! I would be remiss to not mention the beautiful location and building. Thanks Sabio for never disappointing!

My favorite nice restaurant in Lexington/Franfort. PERFECTFORWORKDINNERS/BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS. They have fantastic asian-fusion good! You MUST try their string beans! They’re SOOGOOD! And seasonally, they’ll have chicken lollipops which are amazing! ALL of their dishes are so full of flavors and just the right tendorness/juicyness, etc. Be sure to ask about the daily specials. OHANDTHEYHAVEAMAZINGDESSERTS!!! You MUST try to the chocolate cup!(It comes in this big chocolate cup shell and it’s sooooooooo gooood!!! Definitely my fav dessert there. There’s free parking on the side/back of the restaurant and although it’s quite confusing locating the actual restaurant in the big building, I have confidence you will find it within 5 min of wandering around the hotel-esq building. HIGHLYRECOMMEND this place!

Sabio has one of the nicest, coolest atmospheres for a nice lunch, brunch, or dinner in Lexington. Great location in Dudley square. I’ve tried a few appetizers and happy hour events here, and recently came for brunch. The eggs Benedict was amazing. So tasty. I admired everyone’s beautiful plates. The food is presented very nicely.

Sabio is a nice place to eat brunch on the weekends. It’s at a great location — close to downtown, but with plenty of parking. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with lots of art. I ordered the Spanish Omelet. It was very good, but I wished it had more cheese. I couldn’t even taste any cheese, although it’s description on the menu included cheese. The fruit served with the meal was very fresh and delicious. And the side of red potatoes were wonderful.

This is a wonderful place for brunch. I wish it was busier for brunch on the weekend because they have a fantastic menu and the most beautiful atmosphere. There is art displayed all across the restaurant which provides a very nice backdrop. You can get some really great prices on mimosas and Bloody Mary’s too. I had the chilaquiles which was delicious and my friend had the salad of the day with shrimp and lots of fruit which was the prettiest salad I have seen in a while.

Had a very nice Easter brunch at Sabio’s. Pleasantly surprised. My son had the prime rib, which was really good! My wife had the salmon which was good, perhaps a little too much soy sauce. I had the pasta and shrimp which was really good. Had the onion soup which was outstanding! The best was their desserts! Service was a little slow but expected as it was the Easter crowd. Overall very good.

Got the turkey & Brie sandwich for lunch. It was very good but the kitchen forgot the apricot jam which would have made it better. Our service was very good.

I want to start this review off by mentioning one thing; best bread in town. Seriously. Best. Freaking. Bread. In. Town. With. Dat. Butter.(Always a good sign) Found another fantastic restaurant in Lexington. I seriously should have been here sooner, but glad I finally went. Let me start off by saying this review is for the brunch only, but it seriously was an amazingly good one. I have to say that the recommendation on their french toast was spot on; its the best I’ve had in the city. The prices are incredibly good as well. I basically now have a new place to hit up for brunch… and I only had one other that I really like. I cannot wait to try their dinner service, there’s a duck preparation that looks awesome. Staff was attentive, the owners are very nice and they definitely care about the quality of service provided(Centro is their other place, and its definitely the busiest place in town for post-grads/young people with them there jobs.)

Was here for brunch. It was alright– the food was nothing spectacular but they did accommodate gluten free which was nice. Their drink selection was very interesting and I really just wanted to order flights to try them all. Service was good, not great. The art on the walls seems local and the atmosphere is interesting. The place used to be a school so there’s a nod to that every once in a while.

Quite a fan of Sabio’s in Lexington. Great location to entertain clients and out of town guests. The service is a bit slow and inattentive. The menu and drink selection is limited. But the meals are always good and well worth the visit.

The food may be delicious, however the menu is completely different in the restaurant than what it was online. As a person who food allergies, this is disappointing to say the least. It is completely devastating actually — you get excited there is FINALLY a place you can eat while on the road only to learn that no, nothing on the actual menu you can eat. The let-down alone makes me want to give this place zero stars. After speaking with our server about this discrepancy, and he learned what I was allergic to, offered ZERO suggestions of possible meal options, accommodations the kitchen could make or even another place to eat that would be able to accommodate my allergies. I’m not a picky eater, I wish I could order straight off a menu more than anything and I thought I’d be able to from what I saw online, however, in person it is a different story. HUGEDISAPPOINTMENT.

I thought I had given a «review»… Anyway. Sabio is da bomb! I was there a few weeks ago… They will remember«Yocum». Lol Our party grew and shrunk. Grew and shrunk and grew … Sabio was so accommodating!!! So the service is fabulous! I have been there 4 times and every time everyone loves their meal! I always get the Roasted Carrot and Crab salad… And what ever soup they have. NEVER disappoints! Love Sabio!!!

I am hoping last night’s service was just a horrible mistake that will be corrected by tonight. I can visit again but our out of town guests can not. We had a 7:30 reservation and a big group but not getting our food until 10 and only having one server was inexcusable!!! No manager was present to apologize, inform us of any delay or even show their face to say sorry. Being a local Sabio is a favorite spot and I do feel bad that you all were not more prepared HOWEVER you did have reservations and should Have planned ahead much better to handle this weekend you knew was coming for months.

Upscale and historic with a bit of hipster. The happy hour is stellar with drink specials and good chicken lollipops. These drumettes are slathered with a spicy smoky sweet sauce that is very flavorful and some of the best sauce ever. Good service abounds and Includes warm towelettes for sticky fingers. This is just at happy hour! Wow. The house Chardonnay was crisp and buttery and the bread very fresh. Great food. Must eat the chicken pops! Great value and experience.

Trendy downtown eatery for lunch? You know what that means? Yes, this was a work treat. Sabio is located in historic Dudley Square. The restaurant is painted with bold primary colors. Sabio is the type of place that brings you a tiny bowl of ketchup on top of a plate with a paper doily. The fried green tomato sandwich was tasty with bacon, cheese, and of course a perfectly fried green tomato. This sandwich included an overly generous portion of fries. I believe that it must have taken more that one potato to produce that many fries!
