Unreal! Best service and food in Lexington. If you haven’t been lately, put it at the top of your list.

The Good: Brunch! Customer service was about a 4 out of 5, decent coffee. The Bad: No espresso, cappuccinos, or lattes. The Rundown: this might possibly be the best brunch food I have had in Lexington. I got the chicken and waffles and the biscuits and gravy. Starting with the chicken and waffles, these Belgian waffles were soft and fluffy and slightly sweetened. The chicken was breaded and fried to perfection and their peach sauce with the dry rub of the bacon powder made this truly amazing. My only addition was hot sauce but that is because input hot sauce on everything(for me it made it even better but I am a weirdo about my hot sauce). The biscuits and gravy were a very unique take on the classic. Their was burnt honey on the bottom of their home made biscuit which gave it a nice sweetness. Speaking of the biscuit, it had a nice crunch to the bottom with a not too dense inside that really held up well to the gravy. Speaking of the gravy, there is a lot of sausage I. This gravy but it is never chunky with it and is just plain delicious. Lastly on this plate were some fried potato squares and I tell you I would eat a whole plate of those things. There is a wonderful seasoning on them that made me wish there were more on the plate. They were crispy with a perfectly cooked inside. The Impression: I couldn’t be happier with new direction this place has taken from its older days. The customer service was much nicer than it used to be and the menu had many items I wanted to try. I hope sometime soon they bring some great coffee to finish off their menu and get that fifth star from me.

Table 310 was our favorite place to eat/drink downtown under the prior owners and we were very pleased with our first visit under the new ownership. My barracuda entrée and cheese plate starter were terrific. But we missed the amazing pastry chef offerings of the former ownership. New owners, please consider hiring a pastry chef or at least expanding your dessert offerings.

We ordered the pork special and the vegetarian dish. They were very tasty. Every ingredient had lots of flavor. The portions were perfect. The culinary technique was excellent. This is the place has it all: flavor, quality of the ingredients, careful cooking, beautiful casual and elegant rustic setting. I want more of it!!! :)

We tried this place right before the Pearl Jam concert at Rupp Arena, so it was crazy busy. Actually, all the places around Rupp were packed, and we luckily got two seats at the bar. So the service wasn’t the best. Our bartender seemed new & overwhelmed. However, the First Flower and the Old Fashioned cocktails were very tasty. The Old Fashioned has just the right amount of syrup and bitters, and there was ample orange zest which gave it a refreshing citrus burst. The serving was a little small, but the taste was outstanding. Better still was the First Flower made with egg white, basil, lemon and gin. It was creamy, refreshing, and powerful. We started with the cheese & charcuterie plate. The sage cheese was my favorite, although the prosciutto, salami, spiced cashews, and fig jam all added to make a satisfying appetizer that was plenty for two people. A fresh bread basket with a warm baguette was also included. For the main entrée we split the Market Pork which was a large pork loin served over grilled Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes. The grilled loin was an ample portion, very tender, with a scrumptious sweet reduction sauce over the top. The Brussels sprouts were an excellent earthy accompaniment to the steak and sauce. I would definitely go here again, but maybe not before an event at Rupp unless I could go earlier and get a table.

If you weren’t thrilled with Table 310 before, give it another shot! It’s under new ownership.

I only get motivated to leave bad reviews until now. Fabulous. I found the new owners refreshing. I am looking forward to trying their brunch.

I had never been to this place or even heard of it until a friend recommended we go there for another friends birthday. I can’t believe how amazing everything was ! There were four of us ladies and we had a table right in front of the restaurant, on the sidewalk, which was great because the weather was beautiful. We started with bubbly cocktails(not on the menu) that the bartender hand made and they were the perfect accompaniment to our night. The inside of the restaurant is very modern with a cozy feel to it. But besides all the little details, the most amazing part of the night was the food. Every single item we ordered was outstanding. I was enjoying foods that I would have never thought to try(muscles, octopus, rabbit, etc.). The plate presentation was impressive and the flavor of all the food was over the top. Then to finish off we had one of eat dessert. Although all of the desserts were delicious, the carrot cake stole the show. We ended up staying a little late and was able to meet the executive chef and the pastry chef who are very down to earth and humble people. They were dying for feedback to ensure that whatever they created was nothing less than perfect. Which all of it was perfect.

This is the restaurant equivalent to a $ 30 punch in the face. I have never seen so many bad things going on at one restaurant. Atmosphere: They blasted ironic 90’s pop music designed to strike a chord with aging obnoxious 30 something girls who ‘totally used to have that LFO single’. When asked if they might could turn it down to a volume you didn’t have to shout over, the waiter gave us a non committal nod and either took no action or cranked the shit up louder. Service: Our waiter seemed like he didn’t want us to actually order food. My girlfriend and I tried to order the only things on the menu that seemed like something we could keep down and were told that other people at our table had«already gotten an order of that». I didn’t need telling twice, so I ordered a bourbon and a big plate of fuck all. He also came out at what couldn’t have been later than 9:30 to tell us that the kitchen was shutting down for the night and could we please order? Menu: There’s a new trend that’s making its way here from California of family style appetizers that are both more costly and somewhat astoundingly smaller than normal appetizers. ANDTHATSTHEENTIREMENU. I managed to try a couple bites off of my girlfriend’s friends’ plates and gave them like $ 10 towards the bill. We are currently sitting upstairs at The Village Idiot watch a ton of people walking up to Table Three Ten wanting to eat there. Why are they closed!!! You are losing so much business.

Stopped by on the recommendation of the person next to me on the flight in. Food was good, and they had an interesting wine selection, but what hot me was that when the homeless street Artist came in, they treated her with the respect and admiration that I don’t see often enough. I’d come back to hang out with this staff anytime.

I so want to love Table Three Ten. Enough that I keep going back for punishment with the hopes that maybe this time will be better. Spoiler alert: it never is. The food we’ve had has been really good(I dream about the pistachio guac from their summer menu) and the drinks have been tasty. What I can’t get over is the subpar, bordering on snooty service. I’m starting to think that RBF and a general dislike of people are requirements for getting a job a Table Three Ten. I consider myself a pretty easy going customer, so it takes a certain level of rudeness to upset me. Impressively, the servers and hosts at Table Three Ten seem to hit that level every single time. After sitting uncomfortably through a round of drinks the other night while the bartenders only looked up from their cell phones to pout and roll their eyes, we quickly finished and asked for a check. Cue annoyance from the bartender as she ran my card and gave me our receipt without a word before going back to her cellphone. It’s a shame because I feel like their kitchen staff is competent and hardworking, but the FOH is ruining it for the whole restaurant. With so many great restaurants downtown, I won’t be going back here again. Especially with no guac to lure me in.

I should have listened to Unilocal. My boyfriend was not in a good mood since he chose not to eat all day; and I wanted a good wine bar, we were traveling from WV to KY for work, originally from CA. I don’t have great options since moving to Bowling Green, so I was super excited to go to a bigger city for more options. The restaurant itself is decorated nicely, upscale industrial loft-ish. I liked the décor. Our server was friendly and attentive and shared a little more about the pub. Apparently this place is still trying to find its SELF. Some nights they were Mexican, other nights… something else I can’t remember. This night they wanted to be Indian. FAIL. WHOSERVESINDIAN at a Gastropub?! And, WHO eats its?!(head down w/embarrassment) Despite my hesitation I gave it try. I came for the wine anyway. Sad story. My dish came out(chicken skewers) drenched in some type of curry sauce. I literally had to remove the chicken from the sauce to taste the poultry. Not happy. I tried my boyfriends dish and he enjoyed it, more so cause he was starving than anything else. His rice was a bit mushy and not impressive similar to the price. I also forgot to pay attention to the 3 dollar signs($$$) Unilocal was just really trying to help me out and I ignored all the signs. I enjoy good food so the cost is never an issue. I’m an experience gal so I’m willing to fork over(pun-intended) a bit more for excellent food, and amazing atmosphere. Pick a cuisine and stick to it. If they want to be a gastropub that’s great! Make sure your food reflects that style and stick to it. People like going somewhere with consistency. I hope they make necessary changes for the future of their biz. From this day forward I promise to believe Unilocal reviews. I know when we go back to Lexington, this will not be on any of my lists to eat. :( Side note: If you, like me, decide to go against their reviews at least call ahead and make sure you’re down with the flavor of the week.(maybe next time its Japanese)

Met up with some friends from high school here yesterday and we had a wonderful time. Our waiter helped us pick out a bottle of wine to split which was great. The ambiance was very cozy, and a bonus was a Lexington-celeb sighting. We all had eaten beforehand, but all the food listed on the menu seemed delicious and inventive. It may be the 24-year-old grandma in me, but the music was a little loud for a Tuesday night– by the end of our time there it felt like we had to talk really loudly to hear each other.

After reading all the bad reviews, I was hesitant to eat here. But we came once for drinks and everything was great — awesome atmosphere(the décor in here is very cool) and the service was great. So we came back again for dinner last night. We didn’t have a reservation, but we were seated immediately by a very friendly server. We were close to the front door(our choice — I wanted to be by the windows) and I observed someone who appeared to be the manager being very gracious and welcoming to everyone who came in. Our server was very nice and helpful and our food and drinks were delivered to our table in a timely manner. My dinner was delicious — we started with grit cakes topped with BBQ pork and slaw(delicious). I had the black bass which was cooked perfectly — it was very moist and tender. My husband tried the swordfish — he said it was good, but that my dish was better. I should have known better than to order dessert(most places don’t have a proper pastry chef and therefore, their desserts are terrible). And sure enough, the dessert was awful — we couldn’t even eat it. But without us even asking, our server took the dessert off our bill since he could see that we didn’t enjoy it. We appreciated that. We were very happy overall with our dinner here and look forward to coming back!

Like previous people said, lots of potential, misses the mark. I was by myself, one of four tables and almost ignored. They had nothing better to do. The staff seemed more interested on chatting amongst themselves outside or playing on their phones on the back. My waitress treated me like an inconvenience. Food wise: I ordered pork belly and tried to pick a good red from their list of about 6 wines. The chef is having the entire staff taste pork belly at the front of the restaurant. Poor taste. My pork belly was decent but over salted and not memorable. Get your act together and SERVE people. When you serve instead of trying to make a paycheck you win.

I ate here for brunch this past weekend. Their brunch menu can be described as: underwhelming. From my understanding, they rotate the menu out but their brunch menu only had about 6 or 7 items. All of which did not seem too great. Also when we got there– the first item — the champagne waffle was out so our options were even more limited! I ordered their eggs Benedict. Here’s the skimm: — presentation is 5 out of 5 stars — Taste is is 2.5 out of 5 stars. Instead of poached eggs on a traditional muffin, it was on a burnt piece of sourdough bread. The bread was so touch the knives they provided could barely cut through them. The homemade hollandaise sauce was missing flavor and their served it with burnt capicola slices. — I would never order this again — the service was okay. Our waitress rarely filled out half full water glasses nor my friends coffee. I would stick to just attending this establishment for drinks at night.

Lots of potential, but misses the mark. Probably the coolest atmosphere and environment for a restaurant downtown in Lexington. You will need to park in the parking garage next to the restaurant or in the lot across the street, definitely schedule a reservation if you can, especially on a weekend. Scallops are unbelievably good, entrées are always going to be delightful because of the level of preparation and quality of ingredients. Wine list does not disappoint, I would recommend going with a bottle but they never chill the wine properly, and they rarely offer a decanter. Most of my friends love the bar for the cocktails and whiskey. I know the owner of this place, and he is obsessive about quality. In French tradition, the plates are typically smaller, and they are packed with lots of flavor. Order the duck prosciutto with blue cheese, olives and accoutrements. The new manager(French guy who is not the owner) has little relational IQ. When I asked why my steak had taken 55 minutes to prepare he told me it was a normal wait time. What he didn’t know is that I had been there 20 times prior and it had normally taken half that time to prepare. He kept defending himself and telling me I needed to be more patient… We had already ordered cheese and wine, so we weren’t overly put-out, but when the manager came back multiple times defending himself(and the kitchen) in regards to the wait time, I found it hilarious! I actually called him out on it and told him that regardless of the preparation procedure, the fact that we waited that long and the fact that he defended himself was not restaurant etiquette in the least… French people typically get onto us Americans for being rude, but I was pretty surprised at how nonsensical this manager was. If I’m dropping $ 250 on a meal at your place, don’t defend a 50 minute wait time on a meal.

For whatever reason I was unable to amend my old one star review however it will let me write a new one. Anyways, many of my previous complaints with this place have been awesomely addressed and reverted from their horrific past ways. The place has gotten a handle on the shabby service and marginal food and really solidified themselves as a primo dining spot here in downtown Lexington. The staff is now friendly. The food now tasty. Congrats folks, you’ve converted me to a once a week frequenter.
