I have been coming here for years instead of using my local USPS office. The staff are always helpful and accommodating. So glad they are in the Tates Creek Center.

UPS quoted me a price to do an address change of $ 20.53…these people wanted $ 42 double!
and when i went to pick up my package they stored it on a trash can in the store where anyone could have stolen it. price gouging and disregard for customer property.

I was about 20 ft from the door right at 8pm, closing time. The customer service person may or may not have seen me running for the door. However they still locked the door, seemingly right in front of me. Ignored my knocks at the door. Proceeded to lock up the store, ignoring me the whole time. Then when they left about 10 minutes later the answer I got was «I can’t help you, come back tomorrow.» Now I can accept that I was cutting it close and maybe the computer systems were shut down for the day but to flat out ignore a customer, regardless of whether or not they would have actually been able to help me tonight, I just don’t understand. Awful customer service!
