Every time I visit the branch they make me feel like a criminal. They always blame their lack of on bank policy or new changes or something other than just poor customer service and failure to accommodate their clients. I’ve had an account here for 37 years and still get the run around every time I try to do anything in person. The fees are getting crazy now as well and they say that is the standard in the banking industry. Why do you think there is a bank on every corner anymore it seems like? It’s ludicrous to say the least! If your not already a customer of US Bank and have a million things tied to your account save yourself some frustration and choose another bank!

Worst service ever! Makes me want to change my bank. Don’t try to go there when you are in a hurry because they are as fast as the flow of molasses on a cold day.

I refuse to go to this branch anymore. I purchased a truck from my step father and went to get the title notarized and even tho my wife has had a account her since way before we met and just recently added me to it they wouldn’t do the title for us because the account wasn’t completly mine. My wife was even standing there beside me and there wasn’t a single person in line behind us… Like I said my wife had been a customer for years and they were always extremely rude to her so we closed our account and went to chase. I wouldn’t recommend this branch.
