This drive threw is extremely bad at taking orders. They have messed up my order twice and refuse to fix the issue unless I get back into my car and drive up there to return the food. Poor management and very rude staff.

The drive-​thru couldn’t get an order correct if their lives depended upon it.
What was received was slapped together in an unappetizing mess.
Goodbye Richmond Road location.

The place was always deserted whenever I come in but I don’t understand why. My son can’t get enough of their roast beef sandwiches. The staff is always very friendly and I have never received any bad food. The only drawback that I can see is that the facilities are beginning to show there age.
