Walmart Supercenter

Very disappointed with the customer service is the second time that treat me badly and I feel discriminated against in the store by a person named Courtney, I’m Latino but American citizen, is a penalty are losing the values​in this country, call manager and nothing happened, happened Sep /​01/​2015 in the afternoon.

I have been stopped by the same old lady door greeter 6 to 8 times in the past two months. I will add her name to this later I was so shaken up today I can’t remember her name. She’s short with glasses and big red hair. She has stopped me over and over, and every time she does she looks me up and down because I’m covered in tattoos this time she waited until I almost was outside till she taps me on the shoulder running after me to check my receipt. I asked her if she did not remember me that she stops me every single time. She got very defensive and ran off to get a manager funny thing is the same thing has happened with the same lady multiple times as well. I’ve never been stopped on the way out by any other door greeter ever except for her in the many many years I’ve shopped at that Walmart no one has asked for my receipt as I walked out the door except for her.
While I understand they have a job to do and they got to check random people this particular lady is definitely discriminating against me for one reason and one reason only it’s because I have tattoos. I’m a small business owner I spend tons of money in all three of their stores however
If they don’t take care of my situation I will go out of my way to never shop at Walmart or any of Walmarts affiliates. I have a Business Sam’s Club card. Also shop at Lowe’s and Walmart which are all owned by the same company. I would go as far as say 90% of everything I spend are in those three stores.

This is one of the five Lexington Walmarts and I prefer this one over the one near my house, so sometimes I’ll drive out of the way to get to this one. This WM is close to Fayette Mall. So if you need to pick up grocery items after your trip to the mall, this and Meijer are your options.
Say what you want about the Wallys, but you still go right? Why? One stop shop, and low prices are my main reasons. You even get to people watch and see the latest pajama fashion while here too. What more can you ask for, valet parking?

This is a go to store. It’s got everything so you don’t have to run all over the place. Great location. I got a awesome summer cup that is going to go with me everywhere!
There is a great grocery store that has everything. Why jump around save time and do it all in one.

Always dirty. Understaffed, crammed, I won’t even step foot into their bathrooms. Grocery carts are always stacked to the brim out side. Seems as if the whole staff is lazy. And dislike their jobs. I have had a few awesome maybe 2 awesome cashiers but that’s it! Refuse to go anymore

I HATE this place!
Every time I go into a Walmart, I tell myself it’ll be the last time. I only choose Walmart over any other place if I’m driving by it and it’s the closest place that would have what I’m looking for, AND I’m in a huge hurry and don’t want to take the time to travel to another store. The clientele of Walmart is always a sight to see. Usually you’ll see several people shopping in their pajamas.
Don’t go through the self-​checkout line. This is one place where you want an employee to take care of figuring out how to use the scanner.

Poor customer service. I went into get something for the office, too many lines, slow lines, not enough cashiers. I saw eight Walmart employees talking a little clusters on my way out the door. I told one, «you need more cashiers!» He laughed. Shame on you Walmart, you don’t value your customers. You don’t get my money.

I’m not a huge fan of shopping at Wal-​mart, but there are times when it is the most convenient option, so I tend to shop here once every few months. The store itself is pretty good as far as being clean, reasonably well-​stocked, and there usually isn’t too much of a wait to check out. However, their check out staff is AWFUL. Here is a rundown of my past three visits while at checkout:
1^st: woman was incredibly rude and condescending when their credit card screen was broken and repeatedly said my husband «just can’t follow directions and read the screen.» Really? We both have graduate degrees. Our reading ability is pretty good. THE MACHINE WAS BROKEN!
2^nd: As I check out with my 2 year old, he starts to cry because he saw a toy identical to one he has, thought it was his, and wanted to take it with him. The cashier asked why he was sad, and I explained, at which point she turned to him and said «just keep crying! If you cry enough, Mommy will buy you anything you want.» Ummmm… not this Mommy!
3^rd: The cashier made no eye contact or greeted us at all, when I thanked her after paying, she rolled her eyes, and left my purchase out of my reach (at the back of the bag spinner, which she was leaning on), so I had to ask her twice for it, before she finally did (with a dramatic sigh).
The store is fine, but employee attitude and customer service need to be improved.

I’ve never been a fan of Walmart, but I was close and needed some k-​cups (coffee). Anyway, the place must have been looted prior to my arrival because the shelves were barren aside from the healthy supply of decaf and homey don’t play that. As I walked out empty handed, I noticed there were several checkouts open with little or no waiting. Three stars for not stocking their shelves with coffee (i.e. liquid heaven).

It’s walmart. There’s lots to choose from, but expect to wait in line a while. On the other hand, mullets!

Not a bad Wal-​Mart… Most of the employees ignore you and shy away from you but, that’s expected I guess. There is one guy that stocks around 2AM that is RAD though. I don’t know his name but he’s the DUDE and is super helpful. Pretty clean location besides the parking lot. I once saw a heroin needle when I stepped out of the car… lol… yeah. good times. And of course… terrible lines… every time.

This is hands down the best WalMart I have been to. If they were all like this, I would be willing to shop at WalMart a lot more. The store was clean, well-​stocked, and had free samples! I loved my shopping experience here.
