Poor customer service and every time I’ve ate here the bread has been over-baked and crunchy. I didn’t think there could be much difference between Jimmy John locations, but I’m now discovering that there definitely is. This one isn’t so great!

My company counts on Jimmy John’s frequently. Orders are consistently filled accurately and delivered on time. While I wish they offered salads, the Unwich is a great alternative for those looking for a gluten-free, low carb option. I love the online ordering option! It really allows for customizing the order. And, last but not least, DELIVERYREALLYISFREAKISHLYFAST!!!

Dirty hands… no hand washing! My husband and I just stopped in here today for lunch and watched a young man take the garbage out to the dumpster, then wipe his hands on his apron. Next he answered the phone and then put on gloves to make our sandwiches… all without washing his hands. I mentioned it to the man taking our order, and instead of telling the young man to wash his hands, he shrugged and told us that he was new. Imagining that these are the hygiene standards they practice when preparing the food, we left without eating there. How disappointing.

This is a convenient location from my office. They definitely are fast but they could work on their customer service. No one says Hi as you walk in or says Thank You for visiting, etc. The food: I ordered the #17 Ultimate Porker with avocado & cheese Not a lot of people like it but I do prefer their bread. It holds up quite well but is still soft. That pretty much all I have order from Jimmy Johns. It’s a cold sandwich which I like. If you get the combo, there is a 25 cent discount.

I’ve really tried to like this place, but the customer service is bad. They make customers feel like impositions. Whether visiting the store, or getting food delivered I feel like an inconvenience, no matter how large the order. Last time I had food delivered it was as if the guy taking my order was trying to convince me that they were to busy to bother. The last store visit I walked in and there were 8 or more people behind the counter and the guy who took my order seemed like we were a bother. The food isn’t that great to put up with lousy service.

Ordered my sandwich at 12:18pm… Called the store at 12:50pm because I still hadn’t received my sandwich. The guy that answered spit off some random address to where it was delivered and when i told him that’s not my address, he looked at my order and read off the correct one, then tells me he’ll send out another sandwich right away. Literally 2 minutes later I get my sandwich. Made completely wrong and slopped together. So I called and asked them not to charge my card for the $ 14.75 and his response was ‘ugh yea that’s fine’ and hung up on me. I will never ever give this place my business again!

I use to enjoy this shop until they decided we were no longer in their delivery area. Same thing happened with the Sullivan store. One week we’re told we’re good, and the next they decide we are too far away. How can a company be so inept at figuring out their own delivery area, and why is the area so small? We are only a few miles away. On top of it all, they’re rude as if it’s our fault they can’t figure out their own route.

I’ve never been disappointed by our service here, as a delivery or carry-out order. The food is fresh, the people are nice and their deliveries are always insanely fast. I feel like I’ve just hung up the phone when they’re pulling into our driveway. Where we live in Liberty Lake it’s considered«too far out» for Pizza Hut and Domino’s will only deliver if we have an order of $ 30 or more so it’s nice having a healthier alternative for food.

Okay I feel like all the local Liberty Lake people are going to forever hate me for saying this. but I was not impressed whatsoever! Maybe it’s because I moved here from Los Angeles, where people are much bigger foodies, but this place was really not good. I went in to get a lettuce wrap sandwich or my mom because she has Celiac Disease. There were literally 2 pieces of turkey in it. The lady working there said the only kind of cheese they had was swiss, and they didn’t even have regular yellow mustard. she had to give me packets of it. On top of that, they only had 3 different kinds of chips. It did only cost like $ 5 – 6, but definitely not even worth that. I probably will not come back.

We had a hard time getting to this place — was one block off and drove through the large shopping center but it did not go out and we ended up 25 feet from the restaurant — then had to drive all around the block to get there but it was worth it. We were greeted happily and made to feel welcome. All the staff had suggestions and I ended up with a number 10 — and it was great — ¼ pound of roast beef — medium rare. I also got a pickle and they are old fashion ones — meaning they tasted great. My wife had the tuna sandwich — it was also good. Both of us felt the bread had some taste to it — not like the current trend of cardboard bread — think subway. Definitely worth the search.

Having Jimmy John’s in Liberty Lake is fantastic. Not only do they make great sandwiches but they deliver, as well. We will be loyal customers… Welcome to Liberty Lake.
