I was here a Monday am, nice quiet atmosphere. The crêpe was excellent. Highly recommend trying this place if you have a chance.

Stopped in here on the way out of town. I came in a little after 11am and the barista helped me out and allowed me to still get a breakfast burrito and my coffee. They are using DOMA coffee which is locally roasted and the taste on the coffee was fantastic. Also, the breakfast burrito was really good. Nice place, and great coffee.

Went there for lunch and a latte, but this«coffee house» only had whole milk for lattes. I settled for tea. I ordered lunch, thinking I had plenty of time. I waited for a long time– maybe half an hour in the somewhat empty restaurant– before getting lunch, and had to have them put it in a to-go package. The server then let me know that there had been a problem in the kitchen. They tried to make it right and gave me a free bagel, a nice gesture. The staff was gracious. Problems sometimes happen– but communication is better than making a customer sit for lengths of time. Also, if you own a coffee shop and you run out of Nonfat &2% milk, get in your car and drive down the street to Albertsons, and get more milk! I don’t like to be mean, but I’m posting this because I want this place to take note and step it up. When properly run, it’s a great addition to the area.

Awesome food, awesome service! My husband had the gyro and it was top notch! Very fresh tasting, soft meat, good sized portion. I had a latte and a piece of the famous baklava. I liked the baklava, but I prefer more phyllo to filling ratio. It was a lot of filling and very tricky to pick up with a fork. That being said, the baklava had a «Christmas-y» taste that went very well with my plain latte. The atmosphere was great. Could go alone, with a friend or spouse, or with kids and still enjoy the atmosphere. Definitely adding this to the list of our regular places!

Love the consistency of this place. First time checking in with Unilocal but I have been here a few times previously. It’s a nice quiet place east of the«downtown» area. It’s great to go into a place where you know you’ll receive good customer service. What really stood out for me is when my friend ordered a smoothie and it wasn’t good enough for the person that made it. So, she made another and brought it out to the table. I didn’t not see her again and don’t know her name but she deserves some sort of kudos or something. The food: Gyro Made to order with fresh coleslaw was absolutely delicious. It’s the reason I go to this place. There gyro are in my top 5 and I would definitely recommend ordering this. None of the ingredients over-power the other. Rather, they’re all very complimentary which is hard to do if you don’t know what you’re doing. Good job!

We just had a very delicious breakfast at Twisp. The food was very fresh, coffee drinks delicious, and enjoyed prompt and friendly service. Thank you, Twisp Café and Coffee House… we will be repeat customers for sure!

Twisp easily has the best espresso in Liberty Lake. They have excellent baristas and use fresh, locally roasted Doma beans that don’t taste burnt like another coffee establishment you might be familiar with. They have been under new ownership for about a year now and have hired professional, experienced baristas recently, so older reviews don’t reflect what’s happening at Twisp right now. The drive-through is fine but if you have a couple of minutes walk in and enjoy their coffee in a porcelain cup, log onto the free wifi, enjoy the upscale ambiance and let your blood pressure drop for a minute.

I really enjoy relaxing at this coffee house and café. The coffee served is from Doma(Post Falls, ID) and I’ve always enjoyed it! I love the fact that they have ice water always available for self service. You never have to wait, and you can have as much as you want! They have a generous number of food options, vegetarian and non-vegetarian! The quality is always superb for the food I’ve ordered and they always get the customizations right!(What a change from most food service) The wifi is good and it moves quite fast while I do work on my laptop.

This was awesome! Several vegetarian options on the menu. The stuffed portabella mushroom was genius! We will be back!

The new owners are good. I never tried it before but we went for breakfast and it was all fresh and very good. The entire place has a very good vibe. Lots of things to entertain the kidos.

I’m happy to see that there is actually a business in the Liberty Lake area that has some Unilocal action! I came here with my mom last week from a recommendation and it was awesome! I had a chicken pesto sandwich and it was great. My mom had a Greek salad and loved hers as well. The coffee is also great! However, their ownership is changing and they will be getting a new brand of coffee. Good service too!

The new owner Bobby, has really turned this place around! He’s just put out his new menu and it is really good! Lamb Sandwich is wonderful. My sis and Mom had his mediterranean omelet they said it was delicious. I’ve heard from several folks that his eggs benedict is yummy too! The quality of his ingredients are great. He takes great pride in his creations and it certainly tastes like it! I can’t wait to try every new thing on his menu!

If you have coffee house in your name, understand how to make the drinks you offer. 12, 16 and 24 ounce cappuccinos? Come on now. Not a clue and you aren’t far from some of the best coffee shops in the country. Drive west on a day trip please.

Order: Macchiato… what was served… A HUGE cup of steamed milk with an espresso… The food was basic, nothing special.

Great salads, sandwiches but so-so espresso beverages, in a nice environment. The staff was very friendly. This could easily be a **** review if they got their espresso drinks up to par. The espresso itself was quite good. Nice crème and full flavored. But, their steaming practices need improvement. Never leave the steaming pitcher unattended under the steam wand. They did. Never squeal the milk while steaming… they did. The milk should be rolled in the pitcher and the pitcher move in a downward direction as the milk expands. And finally, espresso goes in the cup FIRST, THEN the milk. I hate coming off like some kind of espresso snob, but there is a correct way to do it and they should. After all it says«Coffee House» in their name. You can run with the pack of the average, or you can distinguish yourself. Move ahead!

Rating is based on lunch. Excellent sandwiches and salad! Great lunch spot! They catered our holiday party and did an excellent job. Would love to see this place come out with some good authentic bakery items so we can visit them for coffee and baked goods in the am.
