This shop is a great place to take your PC when it needs service.
I had a disc drive problem due to a clumsy drop of a new laptop. (Groan) The drive was grinding loudly, so I took it in to hopefully get the drive cloned before it totally died.
Tom was able to repair it, and found another unknown issue and repaired it too. I took the PC in on a Saturday, and got it back on Monday, good as new.
The only issue keeping this review from getting five stars, was that my power supply was not returned with the PC. When I retrieved it, I got an older unit that my PC recognized as not compatible. Tom made it good, however, by ordering a new one.
This shop is a much better alternative than using a big-​box store. Good, knowledgeable, honest service. I’d recommend this shop to my friends!
