Really good coffee and excellent service. Went in for a few lattes on Jan 2nd and some Good Samaritan had paid for our drinks! The specialty«candy bar» lattes are amazing! Try the Black and White if you don’t want something too sweet or the German Chocolate Cake if you want something sweeter.

This place makes a GREAT cup-o-joe. Full flavor, fresh, and hot. MUCH better than Starbucks. This was my first visit. Will not be my last.

Really enjoyed the coffee from this little gem in Liberty! They serve Roasterie and do it well — flavor was strong and temperature was good and hot. The drip coffee was solid. For those who love the many coffee creations inspired by Starbucks, Papa’s has plenty of that too. I believe there is even a «candy bar latte» option, or something similar. My vanilla latte was a little too sweet for my taste, so I would ask for less syrup next time, but it was still delicious(and exactly what I used to love before developing more of an appreciation for regular coffee). There is a drive thru and the cup sizes runs true to Sbux too — so if you’re in the area and haven’t tried it what are you waiting for? We zipped in and out while there was a line in the nearby Sbux drive thru at least five cars deep. love having a great coffee option when I’m in this area of the city.

Knew it would be good coffee when I could smell it through the drive-up window. Very friendly man running things. Quality Java. Felt great to give this establishment my money rather than corporate America. *Yelp directions are off a bit. Just past junction of Hwy 152. By an Auto Zone and Route 66. Not on Forest Pkwy.

Grrrrrrrrr! Liberty residents you errrk me! Starbucks stays busy all day and this lonely quant little local coffee shop sits across the street in the shadows. With 100 times better ingredients, service, local music, family owned. The claim to fame is local coffee and signature drink mixtures. The peanut butter latte was incredible. Above all they are locally owned, cheaper and better than Starbucks.

Love this place. Friendly staff, Roasterie coffee, knowledgeable baristas. Locally owned. They occasionally have live music.

Support local business! Honestly, this place just beats the crap out of Starbucks on every regard: taste, service, locality, everything. The owner’s super nice and you can’t beat the iced banana cream latte in the summer heat. I wish this place would have been here when I was in high school, I would have come every day.

Roasterie coffee is great, the staff know their products, drive-thru convenience, AND… a large coffee is $ 1.90! My new coffee stop!

Great coffee from lovely people. I can’t remember the last time I went to any business that had such good service. Every time I have been here they go above and beyond to make sure it is a good experience.

Papa’s is a locally owned shop where you’ll probably always find the owner. Papa’s has been open since the last couple weeks of last year and if you ask a lot of folks in Liberty, we’re thrilled to have an option over Starbuck’s. This is a place were locals can have a conversation over coffee and maybe a pastry. After several visits, I don’t think the intent is to be the best coffee in town. They use Roasterie beans and give The Roasterie very visible billing on signage and Roasterie branded cups. The coffee is good but add the local factor and the score goes way up. I trust«Papa Jeff» and I like the fact that my $ 2.44 for a large Americano is staying in town. Papa offers locally made baked goods and they’re petty damn good. Papa’s is a friendly place, the more time I spend there, the more I like it so I’ll do my part to help them stick around.

FINALLY! Relief from the wrap-around drive-through of Starbucks and other establishments for my morning cup! I visited Papa’s after hearing several co-workers discussing the delicious java found within its stand-alone exterior. I was immediately greeted and poured a delicious cup of Roasterie coffee into my mug. I also sprang for a blueberry scone which was obviously home-made with oodles of love and care. And, better yet, I saved over $ 1 when compared to the same goods at the Green Mermaid joint across the street! Bonus: Loyalty card where you receive a free coffee drink after 8 purchases! There are also some cozy spots to sit and enjoy your coffee if you aren’t «on the run». I’d love to see some outdoor seating but am not sure it’s possible due to its location. Overall: Worth the visit, friendly folk, delicious joe!
