Time Warner Cable continually sends cable, phone & TV combo packages to my address «knowing» there’s no cable yet on this road. I’ve requested service by telephone as the whole road is anxious to get their service. I try to go online and order and get a message saying, «We’re experiencing difficulties with your order. Please call 1−855−243−8892 for further assistance». It doesn’t matter what time of day or night I try to order on either Windows or Mac. They expect you to spend so much time on the phone to order service and then never follow up but continue to send offers. Try to order and you’ll see what happens.
