Absolutely addicted to this restaurant. Just went back for my third time today, making sure to try something different at each visit and it’s been awesome. Highly recommend it to those of you who like vegetarian options, not limited to salads though.

Love this place used to drive to Waukegan for the chicken chipotle panini. Now it’s a few minutes away awesome!!!

Just checked this place out for the first time today. I was really eager to see what this place was going to be about when I saw they were opening it. I didn’t even know they had a location in Waukegan. Anyway, I walked in and picked the one thing that I knew could make or break my decision to eat there again– the chilaquiles! Now I have some really high standards because of Café Con Leche in the city, but let me tell you! It was pretty close to neck and neck! They were exactly as spicy as I only could have dreamed for and the eggs were perfectly over easy! I wish I would’ve had time to take a picture, but I was so hungry that I nearly inhaled it! I will DEFINITELY be coming back here– for breakfast lunch AND dinner!

I’ve been curious about this place for awhile, and finally made it in for a late lunch today. I had the chipotle chicken panini, which was a large portion and very filling. The food was tasty and fresh, and the prices are very reasonable. I like that they have quite a variety, from salads and burgers to paninis, hot dogs, tacos and sandwiches. They also have a breakfast menu I’d like to try. The service was quick and friendly. I would definitely come back here again.

Stopped by for lunch today and got takeout. The food was fresh, the service was great and quick. I got the chicken pesto sandwich and it was a lot of food for a great price. I’ll definitely be back and I’m glad to have another lunch option in Libertyville.

I love this place. I used to go out of my way to go to their location in Waukegan. So glad they opened in Libertyville. The wraps are very filling and good flavor. I like the fact they give you the options for fruit instead of fries. The ingredients are fresh and of great quality.
The place is clean and the staff is very attentive. Good luck to the owner and his family.

Eat eggs pancakes and hashbrown breakfast now with a side of taco or salsa! $ 1.50 tacos are your typical tasty cilantro n’ onion taco except only 2 meat options offered… wonder why… but still 2 sensational options. The torta was not to par, as it wasnt your typical greasy Mexican sandwich– I could literally count the amount of steak pieces inside. Buuuuut still good flavor, I would order the steak panini in its place! Chilaquiles are drowned in amazing red salsa, yet the pieces of tortilla are not soggy, I think this will be my favorite dish especially as it comes with 2 eggs. It’s perfecto.
Delicious chicken avocado wrap and panini. Good cooked bacon. Wish they could stay open all day long.
Guess the saddest part about Avocado Express is that all dishes don’t include avocados or guacamole.. you’ll have to order on the side, which I guess saves from wasting avocados as some folks don’t like this healthy fatty goodness!
