Steve was out when they said he would be out(same day service), he even called me as he was leaving his previous service call. Did a Great Job(Washer & Dryer Repair)!!! I have been using Priority Appliance Repair for Years and will continue to call them when I have Appliance problems!!! Have referred to many Friends and Clients!!!

Terrible customer service… Told me they would call between 8:30 and 10:30 in the morning to confirm a service call time, at 11AM nothing. When I called to ask when someone was coming they said someone would contact me shortly, again nothing. Finally at 1:30 a repair person calls me and says based on the model no of your appliance your just better off buying something new, its too old. When I tell him its less than 10 years old he then tells me that I may have the model number wrong. Another 30 minutes of back and fourth phone tag he says it would cost upwards of $ 300 for the part I needed.(Keep in mind this is over the phone and the guy hasnt even bothered to imply its worth his time to stop at my house even look at what could be wrong) and tells me its a special order that he doesnt have in stock anyways. So I basically wasted an entire day(missing a day of work in the process) waiting for a repair person to show up who had no intention of showing up in the first place. When I asked him how come there are no less that 2 dozen Youtube videos of people repairing the same thing saying its a simple inexspensive reapair, he goes silent for a good 30 seconds and starts to lecture me on the costs associated with running a business. I tell him thanks for wasting my time and there is no way I am doing business with them, and the tech hangs up on me! Frustrated I called the appliance manufacturer’s helpline and receieved amazing customer service and the icing on the cake was learning that the $ 300 part Priority Appliance said I needed was only going to cost me $ 25.
