This review is long overdue! I can not begin to tell you what a wonderful cleaners this is!!! I live between Libertyville and Carmel Indiana! When we come home to Libertyville about every 2 weeks I get my cleaning done only at Skyline Cleaners. I can only tell you it is a ton! Crazy right! But that is the truth! They are wonderful and have done an incredible job for years! I bring them in minutes before they close on Friday and pick them up Sunday morning before we go back to Indiana for my husbands job! The staff if incredible and the owner Mark could not by more caring!
In addition I need to tell you that they made a special phone call to me to come pick my cleaning up before they closed due to a winter storm! They had decided to close an hour early due to the terrible roads! Can you believe that! That is so so kind! Thank you Mark and the wonderful staff at Skyline!!!

They ruined my dress!!! I called ahead and spoke with a manager about a very special, very expensive dress that I needed cleaned. She assured me she would make sure it was taken care of. I just got the dress back and it has HUGE yellow stains all over it. I was going to wear this dress to my daughter’s wedding. Now I have to find someone who might be able to undo the damage they caused.
WARNING! Do not use this cleaner if you want your clothing taken care of!

I’ve been dry cleaning my shirts, few jeans, occasional jackets/​sweaters, sheets etc, for years now. And I’ve been giving the business to Skyline Dry Cleaners for almost three years now. I usually write reviews from great customer service, excellent quality, and overall exceptional experiences I’ve encountered from many businesses. But the trigger reason I have to write a review is because this is now the third time I’ve picked up my routine dry cleaning and I’ve carelessly left money in my pockets … And it’s been returned to me at the time of pick up! That’s the kind of honesty, integrity and loyalty customers like me, like to have from the businesses like this! Thanks for doing such an awesome job consistently, Team Skyline!

We live in Wadsworth, Il and work in Dallas, Tx. Cleaners in Dallas are very expensive and just do a fair job.
Skyline is tops with us. We travel from Wadsworth to Libertyville because they are fast, courteous, priced right and best of all do an excellent job time after time.

I’ve used a LOT of dry cleaners over the years… Zengler’s is right next to my house. Yet, I drive thru the nightmare of 137 & Milwaukee construction to remain loyal to Skyline. Easily the best quality & service for the price. Never understood why dry cleaning a suit cost $ 15-​$ 20… IT DOESN’T!!! You just need to go to a better dry cleaner like Skyline. Speedy, courteous, great tailoring, low prices… Just a fantastic Dry Cleaner.

My favorite dry cleaner. Been using them since they opened in 2006. Fast, friendly, reliable service in a beautiful store. Excellent job with alterations and stain removal. They even do pickup and delivery from my home. Great to have you in the neighborhood Skyline!

I called this place to get a bridesmaid dress hemmed. When I called, they said that the seamstress would be in from 11 – 4. I came at noon. The seamstress was out to lunch. You would think that she wouldn’t need a lunch break after only having worked for an hour…
I waited for her, and when she got there, she was actually pretty rude to me and wouldn’t help me zip up my dress. She then proceeded to charge me $ 65 for a hem. ‘
I went to pick the dress up, brought it home, and it is still at least an inch too long. At this point, I do not have enough time to get it altered before the wedding. I will not be returning to this place ever again. Go elsewhere to get alterations done.

Great staff! Great service! Great price!
I only had one problem with a white top, it came back very dull, like it was washed with colored items. I did have several alterations and all were great except for a zipper. I asked for the same slide be used on my daughters North Face’s tag with logo and ribbon). But when returned had a new zipper and never rec’d original back. Other then that, I can only say the best things!!!
