This place sucks! I took my 12 year old daughter in today with me and I was buying some wine for my dinner with relatives tonight and they asked for my daughters ID. I happily explained that it was for myself and my relatives only and they told me I couldn’t get it. The lady was incredibly rude to me and I will be reporting her name to the manager. I I’ll be going to target from now on.(Would rate 0 stars if possible)

Went to get a few things things, nothing major. Saw a deal and proceeded to checkout. The bill was not in line with my expectations, so I stated to the clerk what I thought the prices were. He handled it very well, called the manager and I showed them what I saw which led to my expectation of price. Bottom line, manager honored the price, even though the stocking was wrong. Pretty cool. Sure, it was a $ 10 loss to walgreens, but they acknowledged their error and made good. I like that and would encourage you to take your business to this location.

I had a horrible experience at this Walgreens! First, our’s was out of my husband’s medicine and they had US call around for it(a entirely different post) and this was the closest to us. At most drive thru’s I have been to, you pull up and there is a camera inside that they see you. I did not know about a bell so I waited for ten minutes. I then drove around and went in the store to find it empty and the Pharmacist and tech by themselves. When I asked why they didn’t see me they condescendly told me that I needed to ring the bell and I should have known that. Maybe I should have, but why treat a customer like that when we have so many options to where we can fill our meds! Then someone rings the bell and the tech had the nerve to laugh at me and say«see they knew how to ring the bell»! The best part was they didn’t have the full prescription either and told me I had to come back instead of getting the rest from our location down the block from our house! The whole time she was incredibly rude and it just made my blood boil more and more so I looked like a fool in front of the customers who did not know the situation. I work in customer service and have my own business and no matter how the customer acts, I never make them feel stupid! We are now moving our prescriptions(a lot for a family of 5) to someone who will care to have our very expensive business!

I used to like this Walgreens. But since their second drive through at pharmacy has been closed(3 weeks now!), wait times have been intolerable. I’ve been waiting here, third car in a line of five, for 25 minutes now. Ridiculous. AVOID!

Would leave no stars if possible. Take Care«walk in clinic» always has a ridiculous wait because they allow people to pick a time for their walk in. Sort of defeats the purpose doesn’t it? Pharmacy is the worst I’ve ever used as well. Rude, inefficient and unacceptable.

The nicest, cleanest Walgreen’s/CVS/pharmacy/convenience store that I’ve ever been in. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Wish they had a store like this in Chicago proper.

GREAT staff. The desk staff are genuinely friendly. And the pharmacist could teach classes on customer service. While the products and layout don’t vary much from other Walgreen’s, the staff at this store are exceptional.

Wow. This is the most clean, well-lit, well organized Walgreens I’ve ever been to. If I didn’t know any better, I would say it wasn’t a Walgreens at all.

Quick, easy to get to, and one of the only places I can ever find open in the suburbs past 6pm.

I went to the Take Care clinic at this Walgreen’s today — my wait was about an hour, which wasn’t bad, considering this was the height of «school physical» season. The Nurse was knowledgeable and did a strep test for me — the entire bill came to only $ 82 and they billed my insurance company and didn’t even require a copay. I would definitely go here again for a minor illness like this. **They even called me two days later to see how I was feeling, although I got the impression they were expecting me to say«better» because when I said I was just as sick, they told me to call my regular doctor! :D
