Quiet and away from the crowds but tiny and unimpressive. Fountian drinks and some prebrewed coffee. Some prepackaged salty snacks and about seating for 10. No windows, no monitor to check your flight status, lifeless décor. If you have first class tickets then check it out and grab a drink. Otherwise, save your money and sit outside and savior a few more minutes of the Kauai breeze before your flight.

Definitely an unimpressive lounge. Little in the way of refreshments, although there are signs saying not to bring in outside food. They say that you need to scan your boarding pass to get in, but that doesn’t work, so you depend on others to let you in. There is free wifi and there are tables to set up your laptop. Otherwise, not much to be said for it.

Expecting cold drinks or drinks that are actually taste like what they are forget about it lol. Having been a platinum member for the past 3 years hawaiian by far has the worst lounges out of all the airlines(no joke) to their credit they are in the process of upgrading them. The problem with hawaiian is they are not manned and they offer a buy in option for their status which brings in lots of people. I’ve seen people walk in fill their pockets and walk out. Hawaiian needs to overhaul their system and remove the buy in option or make it very expensive because for 250 $ you get all the options of hard earning members which isn’t fair. Any way at least it has ac which is why I’m Giving it one star.

A nice place to get away from the crowd. Coffee, soda, snacks and wifi — a the basics covered.

The first time I flew Hawaiian last year to Maui, my ticket included«Premier» Club Lounge access. What I didn’t know was that there is no lounge or partnership with other airline lounges in Seattle(or anywhere outside of Hawaii except LA, where Hawaiian air has a lounge)…so much for that. Where there *are* lounges, they are small, and, although clean, are about a «premier» as a doctor’s waiting room. Usually there is no attendant, and if they don’t give you the keypad access code, you have to knock on the door and hope someone lets you in. The exception was Honolulu. The lounge there is large and had an attendant, but was still«Doctor’s Waiting Room Premier». The only amenities are soft drinks, coffee, and the same snack bags handed out during flight. Hawaiian Air sells Premier Club memberships for $ 299. Do yourself a favor and save your money.

Crowded, mediocre and smells of ancient smoke. Worst lounge I’ve ever encountered. Everyone around me(including myself) had to put their drinks on the floor as there were no side tables. Ambiance of auto repair shop waiting room. Free fountain drinks though. Desperately needs new carpet and well-considered upgrades.”

Clean and quiet. Not much to it. Some chairs and a couple of tables. A fountain Coke machine is available. Options are coke, diet, barqs rootbeer, fanta orange, sprite and water. It looks like coffee is supposed to available but there is none. Just coffee condiments. They apparently do not provide napkins either.
