Kauai Gymnastics

This is the best spot to get your children into gymnastics. The owners are also the teachers and have had experience training Olympic athletes in the past. They have rings, huge mat, dance, jumping area, bars, trampoline and beam.
They have an area for the parents to watch their kids off to the side and younger children may play with toys in that area (they have a ton of toys there).
This place has aloha! My children just love the coaches and their technique of training. The owners run a tight ship for cleanliness and keep the kids feet clean by having them use wipes on their feet before they go on the mat (they have them there for you).
They are located in the industrial section of Lihue. The only thing that is lacking is the parking. The parking right outside the gym gets packed and the other stores do not want you to park in their area. You may end up having to park on the street.
