Chili’s

I recently dined in for lunch with 2 other family members. We had an excellent server but the service and wait time for food was very slow. I went to the restroom and noticed the kitchen looked understaffed. Lunch should not take 1.5 hours! I understand it takes time to get your drinks, appetizers, etc. but we seriously waited for 30 – 35 minutes for our lunch orders. I don’t think a quesadilla takes that long to make the last time I checked. Great food, but they need to hire some more servers or cooks in the back.

I hate to say it but, the service here is terrible. I gave this location several tries but, it continues to struggle. When the service is bad and you notify the manager and they do nothing — that’s the final straw for me. My family and I will never go back to this restaurant.

Slow service and good has gone down hill. I wish I’d read reviews prior to selecting this location for lunch. I literally had a flag down a waitress after waiting 12 minutes after being seated to give them my order. They should know that people at lunch are in a hurry and need fast service. Wait staff was friendly just non-​efficient. One young lady refilled my tea but offered no ice so all I had was warm tea with no chill. The food portion for the Mango chicken was a joke. My 4 yr old eats more than what they gave me. I blame management, I even saw him often delivering food but not once did he check on my experience. Save your money and go somewhere else till these store gets their act together.

Worst service around. Everything is sticky and the place smells of mildew. There are a few servers that just need to take their talents down the road to a better establishment. The Chilis on 124 in the Shoppes is a million times better than this one. I’ve lived around the corner from this Chilis and it has been consistently bad for years.

This Chili’s is awesome. I like the little entertainment systems at the tables and the Texas Cheese Fries are awesome, but I give it 4 stars, because the service is too slow. It took 40 for my food to come.

Liking the new menu. Watermelon margarita’s are great on a hot hot day and the White spinach queso was awesome. The new Sliders are good and the smoked wings were not too bad. Did I mention how good the Watermelon margarita’s are?

Overall the service was mediocre. My food was a little cold but the attendant was quick and informative.

I went to this location because I always have received great service in the past. Today was HORRIBLE with the service and the food. I was reviewing the menu only to be rushed by the server and once I placed my order I was told that they were out of the Rib Eye steaks (would have been nice to have been told that 20 minutes prior). I ran out if beverages twice and the other person I was with had his order also messed up. On top of everything once my food arrived my food was cold and unable to be completed. So proud to say my streak has come to an end at Chilis because I pride myself on giving and receiving great customer service.

Well, we randomly one night decided to try out Chili’s again. Previously, for numerous times we had awful experiences.
We have taken out a few times since then and it has been great! The food is hot and tasty and it has been ready on time every time we have went. After a certain time they have you pick your food up at the bar but they normally have a sign out to let you know.
The cashiers and waitresses/​waiters are always nice but there is this one manager who is always walking around texting on her cell phone constantly. I don’t know her name but we see her there almost every time, a few times she’s ignored us as we have stood for a long time waiting for pervious bad orders.
As for food, we have a few favorites. The Triple Dipper is a great deal and you can pick from some pretty tasty apps. We like the boneless wings, the southwestern egg rolls, loaded potato wedges, honey chipotle wings and chips and dip. The Old Timer burger is usually a good choice. The pickles on it are yummy and I love dipping it in Ranch dressing. The quesadilla salad is also another great entrée! It comes with four slices of cheese quesadilla and a huge quesadilla explosion salad! I personally ask for regular Ranch dressing, I don’t really like the dressing it comes with. The Bacon Ranch Quesadilla is tasty too… and don’t forget your side of sour cream for dipping!
I do recommend this location, it’s been great lately and I think it has finally changed for the good!

So the food here is EXACTLY what you’d expect: Institutional and bad. Even then it earns 2 stars for attentive staff and consistency. More though this particular location suffers from its clientele. Not a good group. Came here after a funeral, so at least this meal didn’t spoil a good mood.

Extremely long wait time for a to go order. I ordered ahead of time and still had to wait 45 minutes.

Ummm it’s Chili’s…this location is nothing special, the food was mediocre as well. Customer service was pretty solid my waitress was pretty attentive, just came here for a quick casual lunch with a co worker, had the triple dipper southwest rolls were tasty so were the sweet chili wings. My big mouth bites (mini burgers) were overcooked… allot…pretty much burnt, the onions included on it were cinders and the cheese wasn’t melted, won’t be getting those things again. Will be back for a nice lunch. I enjoyed being able to pay at the table and order things via tablet but when you are sitting at a small table with 2 people that tablet thing just gets in the way! Overall positive experience.

Ok so I had only been to Chili’s once and I thought I remembered it to be pretty good. Reality check came last night!!! First I ordered the guacamole app and it was going good at first until I got what I feel must have been a huge piece of jalapeño, my mouth was on FiRE!!! So that lost me I was scared to continue with that but what I tasted of it before that happened had good flavor. I also ordered the baby back ribs since I figured if they have a song for them must be good, WRONG!!! Not tonight at least mostly the BBQ sauce on it just wasn’t what I was hoping for because the ribs were lacking flavor but the ribs appeared to be cooked well and my fries were good. My date ordered a burger which also lack flavor. Ordered a mango margarita… FAIL! It was more like a really sweet mango lemonade or something. Desert menu had only one item that wasn’t chocolate and since I could not have chocolate tonight made my choices real slim.
On a positive note, Staff was great. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and seated shortly after that. They were busy but I didn’t feel ignored or neglected.
It’s a chain so I’m sure I will see them again just will take a few seconds longer next time to really decide on a fail safe dish… maybe just an App.

Filthy in a word describes the place. No tables were cleared during our stay. Long waits to take our order, bring drinks, deliver the appetizer, followed in 30 seconds by our meal.
The kitchen was nasty.
Food was just mediocre.
I hope this was just a bad day at work for everyone there.

I brought my godkids here as a treat for good grades. We arrived just before opening on a Saturday afternoon and were seated promptly. The restaurant only had about 3 tables at this point, but I really wish that they would give us at least a table in between instead of seating everyone along the same wall in the same row. Kinda makes you feel cramped and claustrophobic in what is a pretty open dining area.
Originally I asked for and got 2 kids menu along with my menu; but my godson asked for a burger from the regular menu. I asked the waiter and he smiled and gave us a kids menu without any hassle even though that would have bugged other servers.
Our food came out pretty fast and hot, but keep in mind the restaurant had just opened. The service was prompt as well and I noticed that my water never got a chance to slip below the halfway point before being refilled. Bravo on that!

The bar tender recommended the Margarita Chicken and now it’s my favorite. Better service here than on Webb Gin.

I’ve never been a fan of Chili’s, I only went because my husband likes their food and it was something right by the house. The service is always good, but I’m not too fond of the food at all.

The good service is what brings an otherwise 2 star review to 3. The food was just barely hot and not all that tasty. Chili’s is known for their ribs and in this case, the ribs were not so memorable. The flavor was off and just not good. I did enjoy the corn on the cob and the chips and salsa.
Thank goodness we had a great server who was extremely helpful and attentive.

Kelly the bartender is AWESOME!!!

This location is ok compared to the location at the Avenue at Webb Ginn. Food the same, service just ok.
